Bad and good. I pre-purchased through the mobile app. The bad: the app charged my credit card, but never created a parking code. Eventually said the session timed out and I needed to start over. But it had already charged my credit card! The good: when I left the parking garage, I was able to speak with a real person and she let me exit without paying more.

The lot was located within a five minute walk to our destination. It was easy to get in with the code, find a parking spot and exit the garage. The garage was well-lit and felt safe. Took away the stress of finding a parking spot in a busy neighborhood where street parking is limited.

Great customer service
I misread my reservation (12 AM not 12 PM) and overstayed our designated time. When I questioned the additional payment, they were quick to reach out to explain. I appreciate their customer service!

This is a great app! Very easy to navigate and GREAT PRICES!
I have permanently switched from using SpotHero and ParkWhiz to Parking.com because of the LOW PRICES!!!
Parking.com is the LOWEST PRICE IN THE CITY!!
With gas prices soaring, I save the equivalent of a gallon of gas on each of my purchases through Parking.com!!!

Buyer beware
Online reservation was easy; however, when I arrived at the parking garage, the QR code would not let me enter. Leaving was a royal nightmare; 2 calls for (woefully inept) assistance reps and a huge delay exiting. Should not be quite this hard!!!!!

SP+ not recommended
Not a bad review of parking.com, but rather of SP+. Paid for 2 days but didn’t know that there are no in/out privileges. 3 hours later lost $50.

Ripped off
I ordered parking tickets for a lot in Chicago. After I paid, and was charged for parking there was no scannable code with the email or receipt on parking.com in order for me to get into the parking lot. I checked the email and links from multiple browsers (safari, chrome), and still nothing. I was ripped off entirely. Completely ended my parking.com relationship.
