Liked the ease of using the app but did not like the price. It’s very expensive for visiting our Doctor where we spend more time waiting to be called than the actual visit.
For the most part, I like the new machines you have installed in the Chinatown parking. My only concern is people with no CC or forget their CC, they will not be able to pay.

Crappy Parking System
This system SUCKS! The page to be scanned can't be read. The 'warden' standing at the entry doesn't know how to explain the system. She told me parking was $2.00 per hour but iI was charged $6.00.
I won't park in this lot again. I will use the meterred parking on the street.

Took over 10 minutes to load
Took over 10 minutes to load. Very not user friendly- the attendant tried to help and even she wasn’t sure.
I was 2 minutes behind and got
Charged when my appointment was validated. This may affect my return to this complex.

The QR code method may leave an opening for fraud. A fake QR code that takes a user to a fraudulent site.

Grace period
Sometimes it's hard to know how long you'll be at an appointment. There's no grace period. When we're at an appointment, not always able to have your phone on hand to extend parking time.

Rip off rate at King Center!
Using the QR code and registering on the site was straight forward. Text reminders prior to expiration was good. What was bad as the cost of the parking. I don't know if Parking.com sets the rates or the property manager, but paying $6 and change for 30 minutes is a rip off. That's Honolulu downtown rates and there are parking meters nearby that are maybe $4.50 for 60 minutes.
