Parking cost was way too expensive
Parking cost was way too expensive. $24.78 for only 3 hours. What a ripoff! I won’t be parking there again!

Three hours of parking time was $23
Three hours of parking time was $23, which I thought was reasonable. Upon my time expiring, I was notified that I had to add on more time another 30 minutes for example was another $23. I found this to be a bit excessive the other issue was that if I wanted to add more time to meet when the parking lot pay feature expired it wouldn’t add any amount of time that would exceed 3 PM. This means that I had to settle for 15 minutes under and hustle back to my car. I think at the time if I try to max out the time increment, it would’ve brought the time to 3:01 PM and the system wouldn't allow that.

I was charges twice- $22 for a 5 mins…
I was charges twice- $22 for a 5 mins extension. First time using this company and will never use it again

Easy but I was double charged
Very easy to use. Rate was reasonable. But, I extended my time for an hour and the charge for the extension was apparently equal to the entire cost of my multi-hour stay (two charges for the same amount!). There is no way to reach Parking.com except by email and they have not responded to me yet.
