This was my first experience with parking.com, and it was a great success. It did not take longer than a couple of minutes to get set.

Seamless Payment Process
The ease of use for payment being streamlined is wonderful. I still pay at the box when I have time, but when I am running for the train, I pay by phone. Having the zone number makes the process seamless. The storing of my information is a great help as well.

Worst experience
it was absolutely hell with this company. I had paid for and booked the parking garage for 4 days with a confirmation email and booking number and still couldn't get into the parking garage. after i called way.com and asked for a new scan code they told me that they could not help me and i would have to work it out with the parking garage staff. I had paid and the employees of the parking garage had absolutely nothing to do with it and could not help me at first. I had wasted an hour of my precious vacation. never again way.com.
