Thank you for turning on the lights on north side of the parking lot.
It would be nice to have some lights on the south side of the parking lot by the alley.
Other than that I’m happy with the parking lot.

Got my truck towed over $2 after being a loyal customer for years

It is more accessible to pay, and I also like that they give you reminders when the time to add funds is up.

I like that I could scan and pay easily.

Easy to use. Gave me peace of mind knowing i can add time to my parking when on occasions when i have to stay late at workwithout fear of being towed.

No spaces
There are so many lawncare trailers, ppl placing pylons in empty parking spaces
Trucks that oversized. So many spaces that should be used for parking not storage

It kept me from getting a parking ticket, but it did absolutely nothing to actually reserve my parking spot in the lot. There was only one spot left when I got there, so if I had arrived any later I might have just thrown money away. Maybe it's different with parking structures? But yeah, definitely won't be using it for surface lots ever again.

Disappointed that I was sold a parking space, but when I got there it was full. I was able to get a refund.

Easy access, convenient location and worry free parking experience.

The service is great.

The main problem is that the android app doesn't work. No way to make payment with it without a bug. I end up always by doing it on the web.

A two-hour maximum parking limit makes these parking places useless for 100% of shows at TPAC, the closest venue folks might be needing parking for.

Price, location, security.

I went to the address 5300 cermack rd Cicero il. There was a lot but it was a part of Huntington bank. There was nothing marked for a SP+ parking lot. There were pins for other lots that I went to and nothing was marked. One place was a Chicago transit authority building and lot.

Since I have no idea where these so called lots are, how can you park. It was very distressing. I had to drive into the City and pay $40 to park to not miss work.

I have to go to the office two days a week.

Your app is terrible and never works when I try to purchase parking in advance. I always have to use the machine at the location. I also got towed because I wasn’t able to purchase my spot online and your machine wouldn’t take cash. Worst, most unreliable parking and I wish I could use SpotHero to park at my train station. You suck.

The parking fee was reasonable. The lot was difficult to find and connected to a business lot, so it was unclear which spots belonged to parking.com vs. the business. It didn't look like anyone was monitoring the lot to make sure that only people who paid to be there were there. Glad I arrived early enough that the lot wasn't full, or I'm not sure I would have been able to park in my pre-paid spot and no one was there who could have helped me if unauthorized people had taken up the pre-paid spots. I didn't get a ticket for parking there, though, so I assume someone must have verified my right to park there at some point.
