When I parked at their parking lot it said $15 for 0-2 hours, but they charged me $25 something. It was very confusing when I parked and the gates opened. I called over 6 times and left at least 3 or 4 messages but no one returned my calls in 10 days.

Stupid High Prices / Also cashless options are never popular.

It was awful the man who we called could hardly speak English, he was rude, and argued with the parking attendant on our phone.

Had a reservation from ParkWhiz for the UT Game in downtown Nashville. The barcode wouldn't work and I was forced to pay again in order to leave. Nightmare service trying to get it corrected.

Very easy to get in/out of. Close to walk downtown. Liked using the link to pay & exit without doing anything.

I was charged $40 four different times. I work at a bar beneath the parking garage. I was to pay $8. But was still charged $40. Don't park here!!!

Better lighting would help because as we were walking out a rat the size of my cat was there to greet us ! And clean up the waiting area for elevator.

I was trying to use the Spot Hero parking that I paid for before I got to the garage. My husband told the attendant at the garage that we had paid for a spot using the Spot Hero app, the attendant had me text a code, I was under the impression that I was doing this for the Spot Hero app and proceeded inside. When it came time to leave I had to pay. So I paid Spot Hero and I paid Parking.com also. Very expensive night of parking. I can't hold anyone accountable for this except the lot attendant who failed to guide me correctly. This was my first and last time ever using a parking app.

I need to speak with someone about my charges. I was hired as an audio engineer at Jason Adlean's and training this weekend. I was given a discount QR code for $6 parking but was charged about $0+ every time. I need to figure out what happened and hopefully get the difference reimbursed for the amount I was supposed to pay, Thank You!

I have parking passes at several of your locations for work, the new system doesn’t work at all and has cost me hundreds of dollars in the last several weeks. Venues I frequently worked at have had similar complaints, it’s mind blowing how poorly run the new system is.
