The instructions on the signage could have clearer. Concise.

I had saved my credit card to my account before arriving, but when I got there and scanned the QR code I still had to manually enter my information. I had entered it beforehand so that when I arrived I could just walk right in and not have to stand outside and enter the information which gives me safety concerns.

A very helpful attended , however there were not enough parking spaces and the process to pay is difficult.

I’m a former Supervisor at an airport shuttle operation so my focus when I interact with parking personnel is to look at the quality of service provided. The parking attendant on duty was very courteous, helpful, and diligent in helping me figure out how to navigate the app to pay for parking service. Excellent service!

First time user of this parking system and the process was seamless. Text the number per the instructions posted and received a link with easy to use instructions.

On June 20, 2024, I retrieved a rental zip far from the appropriate parking spot. It had a $75.00 tucket on it stamped at the time I was parking my personal vehicle elsewhere. I was directed by your staff to see the manager about the ticket, but themanager was gone for the day Nd there was no one else to help me.

Within 5-10 minutes of paying for 30 minutes to just walk my daughter into the train station, I got a text saying I was almost out of time & to add more funds. Then about 5 min. later I got a message saying my time was up & to extend our time if we needed to. So that was all within the first 15 min. of my paid 30 min.
I appreciate the opportunity to pay for short term parking at the Wm. Gray Train Station in Philly but I can’t help but think the parking company was trying to intimidate us for more money.

The app did not give me the ability to put the time in that I left. I put in for 2 hours and my relative's train came early. I only parked for 30 minutes. I left at 1:29pm. I wrote on the contact form asking for a refund for the time I didn't use and I got an email back saying that this company does not reimburse. So I paid for an hour and a half of time I didn't use. Does that sound right?

Easy process. Was easy to add on more time.

It was quick and convenient and right in front of the train station so safe for late night traveling.

The signs said parking was $6 for 1/2 hour and I was required to use the app to pay, but it was actually $6.99.

Right at the 30st st station door step. QR code simplifies it all. 24hrs for $35, great deal to be the city.

Easy, convenient and fast. Thanks for reminder that end time is approaching.
