This was a nightmare
This was a nightmare. I am from Virginia and was in Boulder Colorado. Not only did I never reach your site yet was charged, and thus did not park in the place, we had tried but two different fraudulent sites diverted me and charged my card. This resulted in my fraud division shutting down my debit card and losing access to my bank account out of town!!!!!! Gini Weisz

I parked in the same lot I normally…
I parked in the same lot I normally park in and paid the typically daily amount of $14 when using the credit card machine. However, when used the app, somehow I got assessed a parking ticket. This is the first time in 9 years of using this lot I received a ticket. The App functionality is poor at best.

Too long
The process was entirely too long while I was already running late…will not park here again, just too difficult to pay. Plus a $0.99 convenience fee, seems high when most places charge $0.35 or $0.30 per transaction.

Very convenient location (near our…
Very convenient location (near our hotel) with some lighting, but there were some suspicious individuals around the location and no regular checks as far as I could tell. I would use the location again.

Faster app and QR codes FTW
Significant improvements in the app speed and paying experience. The new QR codes available everywhere in the parking lot have have made the experience loads faster and far more enjoyable. I can park and pay as I am walking out of the parking no need to stop just scan and pay.

Do not park here
We used the app to park in the lot on Glenarm and yet when we got there no parking was available so we had to pay another $10 to park in a different lot. That is just bad business on this lots part cause you had no problem taking the money off my account but we couldn't park even after booking on the app,
