Easy Access
Parking was easy to find, available and the QR code was simple to nagivate. I have a great spot to utilize whenever I'm going to the Amalie. Easy access in and out of the crazy traffic downtown.

I had trouble logging into the app when…
I had trouble logging into the app when the day came to use the parking spot I bought. I thought i could just look on ticket master for where to go where i can use it etc.
It said i created a log in already when i never used the app before. Was very confusing and even to reset the pw I supposedly created was not working with the instructions given. I asked if i can get my money back because i had to pay for a different parking spot and got no response. Very disappointed and was a very frustrating process for something that should've been simple.

Poor customer service
There was no signage displaying the cost of the parking. I am guessing this was done on purpose. I had no idea how to pay. I had to have my granddaughter walk me through the process. There should be an option for cash or someone to manually take the payment. Overall 2 stars in pretty kind.

I attempted to use 2 different credit…
I attempted to use 2 different credit cards to pay but there was a problem with the app. Walking to my event, I tried yet again to no avail. After the event I returned to a parking ticket. I should have allowed more time to find another lot, but I ALWAYS choose parking.com. Not any more.

Very easy to use (But Way Too Expensive)!!!!!!!!
Very easy to use, but it was very expensive! I feel $40.00 way to much to charge for parking to go see an event with my family. That was the price of another ticket, Parking prices are outrageous! Probably will park further out and just walk but my dad can't walk very far. Highway Robbery!

Very easy to get in and out of lot. Very close walking distance to our venue. Very easy to pay online. Overall it was hassle free.
