Pre pay and never bother with “insert ticket” etc. No scrum at the payment kiosk. Just pull up to the gate, let it read your plate, and in you go, then out you go after your evening in the city. No line of cars creeping along down the ramps because it all works so well and efficiently. Could use larger spaces in the lower levels, but we should have a smaller minivan!

Easy! Inexpensive! When we arrived at the garage, the gate automatically lifted because my license plate number had been entered into the entry system. Fabulous!!

There was an option for oversized parking suggesting that the garage could accommodate an oversized vehicle. I have a Chevy 3500 and it could not navigate the turns without doing a 3 point turn.

The online reservation system didn't work so my QR code was not accepted when I pulled up to the garage. Also the QR codes are on the phone but the way the kiosk is designed you can't get your phone into the slot for it to be scanned. Then the attendant told me that the online reservation system didn't work so I got a regular ticket and it cost me $70 to park instead of 50 that I booked online. I was at the beach Street Garage in boston. The speaker on the kiosk at the entrance is so bad that you can't understand the attendant. Overall horrible parking experience here. Hope I get a refund for the parking I paid for twice

My car was scratched very badly. The parking spots are super tights and the car that was parked next to me scratched whole right side of my car and took the paint! The people there weren't helpful at all, just dismissed me.

Extremely tight maneuvering and parking spots. Found what seemed like the last spot, even after reserving online

Garage was totally full. Could not park there.
And I wrote to request a refund, and haven’t heard anything in response.
Not a good experience obviously.

I prepaid for Parking and when I got to the garage there were no available spots. The top floor of the garage was blocked off as were several other sections of the garage. I had to park in a different garage, ended up paying twice for parking. Will not prepay again.

The cost & location were just right for our needs

Narrow parking space as some of the reviews mentioned, but my Toyota Sienna had no issue park there overnight 3 nights in a row. Price is fair and prepay works flawless, happy with it and will use them again next time in town.

What made my experience great is knowing am paying less and having parking pass ahead of arriving.

Reasonably priced parking close to the Opera House.

The process is very easy and just scan ur phone to get in but there are no easily visible handicapped spots that we saw and the spots are pretty tight so u will have to make more than 1 pass at it to get in straight and level if in an suv on level 2
On a very positive note-right in Chinatown just a block walk to really good restaurants and deserts!
