I paid $20 and the parking garage was only $15

easy to get in, scan your ticket, park you car and then scan your ticket on the way out. can't get much easier than this

Easy to find. Lots of spaces. Perfect for bar hopping on Broadway.

Parking lot was not easy to find. Address was in small print on a sign out front. Pre-paid for parking the night before. Arrived 2-minutes before start time and barcode was not active. Had to go in and back out, make the block, then go back in. Should have stated the times were so strict. Then arrive to see a sign stating $20 for the event, but paid $25 the night before. Online, showed there was no event fee available for that day.

No problem at all. Very easy to book online.

I love this parking garage! Finding it was a little of a chore though. Having NEVER driven in the area, I looked on Google maps. The address given was for the AT&T building itself. An actual address at the entry / exit of the parking garage itself would be much more helpful. The name of the parking garage is confusing as well. By looking at the street view on Google Maps, I was able to find it much more easily on the opposite side of the AT&T building. We don't live in Nashville, so it would have been much easier to find with much more accurate labeling and addressing....

It was easy. They wrote down the code from our Paper and we parked. It was so easy we worried we were in the wrong place lol. We saved by booking alone ahead too.

I went straight to the parking garage scanned my phone and parked. Went and did my thing and come back to my car and scan my phone as I left easy peasy!

Easy scheduling. Haven't parked yet, hope it all goes well!

Price was awesome and purchase easy. Really would have saved some grief if had been stated NOT a "in&out" pass.

Scheduling parking was so easy to do on-line and you can't beat the price. Just a very short walk to all the bars and gift shops too. You can't get much better.

Good indoor parking

I liked the location of parking and cost. I would definitely use again on my adventures in Nashville.

Easy to book, and then we arrived one minute early for our reservation time, the reservation voucher was denied at the entry gate. Took a ticket and our error was quickly resolved in the office upon leaving. Great customer service with a smile.

I’m very frustrated and disappointed with my first experience with parking.
Sat night I purchased 2 parking spots for my daughter and myself to meet friends for dinner downtown Nashville. We arrived back to our cars 15 min later than the time I pre paid for and I was forced to pay $15 for each of us to exit lot! This was a surprise fee and was a terrible end to a good night. It was not outlined in any policy.

First time I used it and I will use it again.
