I wasn’t able to make the transaction with my card so my daughter used her. Again it didn’t seem to process it so she did it again and ended up being charged twice.

the scan website did not work well
the scan website did not work well. It charged me for 3 hours. and did not let me put in the time. Overall the whole experience was not good. I spent too much time trying to get your app to work.

I would give 0 stars but I don't have…
I would give 0 stars but I don't have the option. I paid for my parking got my email with my receipt and still got a ticket. Parking is expensive as it is now I got to take more time out my day to prove to you I paid. Get employees that want to do the job correctly

The sign is deceiving...
The sign is deceiving...it says 0-10 hours for $4. Also the website would only allow me to choose 2 hours. Others in my group were only allowed 1 hour. I'm trying to add time to my parking & it won't allow me to. I'm at a Memorial Service trying to celebrate my brother's life. This is extremely inconvenient!
