This is a misleading parking spot. I drove here expecting to park, but there were no visible parking signs. I asked a staff member at a nearby parking lot, and he told me that these spots are reserved for school teachers. As a result, I had no parking space. I had to drive around searching for another spot, and during that time, I almost got into an accident because I was looking for parking while driving. On top of that, I arrived at work an hour late and was reprimanded by my boss. Not only did I lose the money I paid for parking, but I also lost an hour’s wages. I wanted to request a refund, but I couldn’t find a customer service representative on the website. What a terrible day

I needed a spot for 5 days, so I booked one that said it was “Indoors”. When I went to the address of that spot, it was no where to be found. I called support for assistance and they also could not locate it. I then cancelled my booking and booked another spot while on the phone with support. I went to that spot, pulled into the lot, and confirmed with support that I was in the right place. They emailed me a map to confirm and named the building where the lot was. When I went inside the building to double check, the security guard told me I was in the wrong place and my car would be towed. I then called support again to see if they could help me locate the second lot. They couldn’t. I cancelled yet another lot. I ended up giving up, and booked a lot that was double the price only to be told that I would not be able access my car during the 5 days and there were no ins/outs. Parking.com is misleading, their support is not helpful, and I’ll never use them again.
