I highly recommend 23-25 west 56th parking lot. Extremely helpful, amazing staff.
My car is always waiting for me as soon as I come.

I initially left 1 star because of lack of follow up by parking.com on a refund, but the situation has been resolved. In the future, hopefully it will not take so much calling on my part.

I arrived at 4:30pm as pre-booked. Construction going on across the street. 2 men working in garage. Cars backed up on 55th street trying to get into garage created a mess of traffic on 55th street! If I hadn't pre-booked & pre-paid, I would have gone elsewhere. I was late for the 5pm wedding at the University Club.

Staff was not very friendly, but they were efficient.

The location was unable because the street was closed, there was some kind of construction I think and no cars were allowed, so I couldn’t use the parking lot, I waste the money. I should get a refund due to the lack of communication from the parking lot.

Too few attendants (1-2). It took 30-40 mins to get the car on Saturday afternoon

It was a piece of cake

The garage did not give me a ticket after I scanned the app in and then gave me a hard time when I returned saying it was my fault.

Parking lot was full on arrival so they refunded the amount.

We always park at the same garage 23-25 West 55th st. The attendants are always polite and helpful. They take the car quickly and retrieve it quickly. They always help with our bags. The app is very helpful in choosing a garage near your appointment.

Good service. My issues was I prepaid online but since I arrived couple of minutes early I was charged double. Be careful when booking. Make sure you arrive at the exact time you book not one minute early and leave at the exact time you said you needed the reservation for, otherwise you will be charged so much more.

I made a reservation with my vehicle being listed as "oversize" in the app. I drove to the parking garage, arrived minutes before my meeting nearby and they refused to take my vehicle. I have a Rivian R1T and have parked there and other garages nearby previously with no issues. I found another garage and ended paying more and being late to my meeting. Awful experience and the support rep on the phone did not seem to care. Only offered my a refund after I demanded it.

Parking was easy, service was exceptional and the savings astronomical.

We arrived 30 minutes early and they would not accept extra money for the 30 minutes and said we had to return.we were left driving in traffic in New York city.

I have used Parking.com and SPPlus numerous times, though not at this site. Always quick, efficient and cost-effective.
