The fact that I had to go back to the beginning of the booking to get the barcode you needed to get out of the garage it was like going through an act of congress we sat at the gate for 15 minutes just trying to figure out what to do other than that it was okay hence the 3 stars not 1

I tried three times to book online and gave up because at checkout the submit button animation just kept spinning. Reserved a spot with ParkWhiz instead only to find that much later Parking.com had somehow charged to my credit card. I was able to cancel it though and the charge while still showing as pending has not posted.

I park here everyday and the service is fantastic. I get greeted with a smile when I pick up and drop off. I never have to wait to pick up my car. I use the app and it is flawless! These guys work very hard and are always polite.

Went to 200Liberty and parked only to find out 200 Liberty is on Abernathy, I prepaid$42 and had to pay another 48$ for parking in what we thought was 200 Liberty but it’s on a totally different street.

I booked online, git a great price, and there were no surprise fees.

We used the app to save about $10 from the whole day price that the garagh promoted that day. We were late to come bacj in 25 min and we were forced us to pay for additional 2 hours.
We ended up paying $15 more than the whole day price. It is not fair.

It was exceptionally smooth. The attendants were very friendly—a good place to park.

I was held hostage inside the parking garage for 45 minutes, because the bar code didn’t work! I paid to enter the garage and the bar code worked to get into the building and the valet to retrieve the car to pick it up, but wouldn’t lift the gate to leave! I will never use a garage that uses parking.com ever again

No directions available for pickup. Had to go round the building and through the elevators to get to locked doors. Could be made easier. Scanner was not reading the qr code and the attendant became very rude. I wish i had asked the name of that guy but he should not be working there to ruin the brand and loyal customer base of SP.

you booked me a parking spot at 7 am fully knowing that the area would be shut down by the secret service for the Presidential Visit thus I could not get anywhere near the parking garage.

Amended review , after I posted this the garage contacted me and issued a full refund

Easy to find, valet was very courteous. Car was returned within 1 minute when we came back.

There where suppose to be a electric charger in the parking lot, but it was not fonctionnal. Add a argument whit the manager and told us the guy at entrence did not work for them….!!!
If we go to another place, we loose the payement. Feel like there was a squam…….do not recomment.

I was able to book my parking online in advance; arrived at the 219 Albany Street address in New York City, and after being checked by security, scanned my QR code to access the garage....the process was easy, with no stress as to whether there would be availability in the garage upon arrival (~10AM) and pleasant by all who I interacted with that day.
