Bank St White Plains is always bad parking. I cringe every time I go to my family’s. Tiny spots and an hourly rate that is 300% more than any other spot in White Plains. Lastly, who knows if you actually need to pay in this location. I’ve never seen a ticket.

Keep paying for extra time a keep getting parking tickets and having to waste my time fighting them. Completely awful system

You are the worst parking lot I've ever…
You are the worst parking lot I've ever used. It took me about 15 minutes to get your app to work. When I scanned the code it kept on rejecting my submissions. The app crashed a few times and wouldn't accept a valid credit card that I used before and after my transaction with you. It said my CVV code was invalid, then wouldn't even accept my credit card at your adjacent facility where I parked indoors. If there was any on street parking within a mile I'd rather walk than use you again

Terrible app
Terrible app. Took almost 10 minutes to get registration to and payment to actually work. This is exactly what happens when there is no alternative choice of ways to pay. If I had a choice, I would never use parking.com again. But unfortunately I fear they'll keep cutting deals with cities and other parking owners who only care about their bottom line and don't care about user experience.
