Very easy with app to pay for parking and to add time if needed from your table without walking to your car

Loved that it gave me a time reminder but it would be nice to have another at the ten minute mark.

I parked my car in the spot and the car was there when I got back. It was awesome.

Prices are way too high and a service fee on top of it! Just thievery

My only issue was with the iPhone app. Tried to register and password was not accepted. I shortened the original one generated by KyPass and saved it. When I got back to the parking app it turned out the password was accepted after all. But having lost the password I was not able to keep the new account. Could have been user error. I don’t know. Otherwise, did not receive a parking ticket so that’s good.

When scanning the code on the billboard, not only did paying for parking come up but so did a bunch of ads. Made it very confusing on the correct item to push. If one is not careful you can end up signing up for other items you did not want instead of just trying to pay for a parking spot.

When I signed up to park, it had me 20 minutes earlier than I actually parked. I made it back before the time was up, but you might check that for others.

It was more expensive than I expected. And honestly a pain in the ass to enter all of my information when I just wanna park and go.

Was ok, tge app not tgat user friendly and it didnt tell me to put my parking #, how does it know which car, by my tag#?

Compared to all the other parking apps, this one is terrible. It took forever to get set up with an account and find the nearby place I parked. Less user intuitive than the others

Wow, overpriced for the area. Why do I need to provide a name and email to pay for parking?
Why are there so many required fields on a slow a$$ website to pay for parking?
This is not an improvement over dropping quarters or swiping a card at the meter.

The signage was very ambiguous. I saw many people confused on how it worked. They will probably get ticketed. I asked someone who seemed informed. He said only part of the lot is public, the rest is private reserved. Only red spaces are public and only after 6:00pm. Very deceptive, misleading and confusing! Also the price was not posted and expensive.

Is this technology supposed to make things easier. What a hassle. I have to give up my personal info. And credit card to pay over 8.00 to park for 40 minutes.

I don't have a qr reader so I had to sit and download it then it was dark and cold so had to stand and input it all. No ticket to put in the car so I still had a violation given which I had to fight and that took days
