I've never understood how crooks like these are legally allowed to blindly rob us hard working people. Our service charge has gone absolutely through the roof since these con artist have taken over. THIS SHOULDN'T BE LEGAL!

The standard of customer service and upkeep of our building has been transformed since we had the good fortune to have Emily Gilliam of Parkfords as our service/property manager . Emily not only knows her job inside out but is an excellent communicator and is thoroughly professional in every way. We finally feel confident that our interests are being well managed.

Worst management company ever. Con merchants extraordinaire!

After a few initial hiccups Parkfords are proving to be a very thorough Management Company with great customer service and staff.

I recently sold my flat with Parkfords being the managing agent. My main contact was Emily. Emily was efficient, polite, friendly and very helpful throughout the process with any questions or queries I raised.

Queries always answered professionally.

My property has greatly improved since Parkfords have taken over management.

I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a managing agent.

Our Parkford's agent (Emily Gillam) was very professional and always reacted quickly to any requests. She is a credit to her company.

As an owner of a property with cladding, the financial burden due to it having to be removed, has been devastating. However, Parkfords have eased this process by going above and beyond, ensuring that we have remained well informed throughout and have provided their expertise when needed. When comparing this to previous managing agents, I would highly recommend Parkfords.

Always found Parkfords to be helpful and friendly. Whenever I have raised an issue they have sorted quickly.

Money grabbing, verging on unethical company! They cannot be classed as a 'managing agent' as they don't manage anything other than securing themselves thousands of pounds in fees from reluctant leaseholders, who unfortunately are stuck in the system.

Incompetent and don’t care about their clients or the buildings they manage.

We have had a number of managing agents over the years and although Parkfords are not perfect they are by far one of the better agents we have had.

After requesting our management company was changed, our freeholder finally appointed Parkfords. Since their management, we have seen a vast improvement of the upkeep of our property. The staff are always helpful, and respond promptly to any emails/calls. I would 100% recommend Parkfords.

As mentioned by all other reviews this is probably the worst property management one could come across. be aware of hidden charges and not bothering to come over and inspect the property or do any work. Currently speaking to our lawyers on legal action.

They take a 'block management' approach to our property which a house split into two properties. Management Fees are extortionate for doing bugger all and they always find ways of bumping up the annual service charge costs. Serious problem in our property currently which they are slow in dealing with. Come across as a tinpot little company. Avoid at all costs.

Have dealt with other management companies this is the only one I have ever had isscues with, they are only in this sector to squeeze as much profit out of each contract as possible they do not care about the job they do or the service they offer

They have should of carried work out to the fire doors 10 months ago but still waiting on the work to be done they would on a murder charge if their was a fire in this building and the generally up keep of the cleaning the yard at back of the building is disgusting over grown full of dirty and they not interested to do anything about it So plz who regulate these companies and the action they do
