I've looked into this and you're absolutely right, unfortunately it looks like the warehouse picked the wrong size to ship out.

Please accept my apologies for this.

I can see from your chat with our customer service team that you were offered a replacement, which you declined, so your order was refunded in full (including shipping fees)

IPhone 13 Pro case

Bought a phone case for my iPhone 13 Pro. The quality of the case is amazing, and the colour is just perfect. Would highly recommend this product :-)

The case is basically a good case just…

The case is basically a good case just a couple of design faults. The closing of the case is not very secure, needs a stronger magnet or a magnetic tab at the side. The credit card side has two magnetic clips that struggle a little when credit cards are put in, I think this will get better with age. The ability to use the case as a stand means the when using the phone it will “flop about”.

Great product :)

Product arrived quickly and is exactly what I was after. Excellent protection while not being too bulky (and the colour options are great too!!)
