We have requested more information from you via Trust Pilot, that request has been ignored

Disappointed

The phone case is great and worth paying the bit extra, but I won't be ordering from this company again. Far too long to wait for a delivery and it's coming from the UK. I waited 13 days from order to delivery. Not great in this day and age. Communication was adequate but the tracking number they gave me didn't work, even after delivery. 😣

I can see your order did take longer than usual, please accept our apologies. We recently moved warehouse and this unfortunately caused a few delays in getting orders out promptly

Google 9 xl case

Really happy with the quality of Google pixel 9xl case cover. Happy with the delivery first class. Definitely use this supplier recommended.

Happy with the product

Happy with the product, but unhappy that it took over three weeks to be delivered - and you charged for delivery!

Don't bother with this company completely unorganised & useless

After taking g my payment then 10 days later they tell me my item in lost in transit. And would I like to buy another ! As thos was a gift for Xmas and they tell me this 6pm 23rd Dec the answer is obviously no.

I've looked into what happened and can see that your order was marked as lost in transit by the courier. Unfortunately this does happen from time to time, especially during the busy period in the run up to Christmas

We offered you a replacement which was declined so a full refund was processed.

Please accept our apologies, I know it's very frustrating when a package you expect to arrive does not - even more so when it's a Christmas present

Sent by snail mail and worst still they…

Sent by snail mail and worst still they use Yodel as the courier! Ordered on the 12 oct and still nowhere to be seen, spending £50 on a watch strap and having to wait so long for delivery, if it ever turns up, just shows they couldn’t care less about customer satisfaction. Will never use again. Update, finally delivered and it’s cheap Chinese rubbish! Watch cover is made out of plastic! Steer week clear of this shop

Great service

Quick delivery, great product, exactly what I wanted and expected. Quality materials and products. Easy to use, navigate and understand website. Will definitely recommend to friends and family. I will be using them again.

Very happy

Having been suitably warned that my order might take some time to arrive, I was delighted to receive it much sooner than I expected. The communication from this small outfit has been plentiful and helpful throughout. The product itself is exactly as described and I am very happy with my purchase.
