Wrong product dispatched.
Website ordering quite straightforward, selected toner cartridge and paid, received cables instead sometimes things happen, emailed customer services who explained there was an error with their listing and the different products were mixed up with the barcodes. Advised to return for a full refund (pretty straightforward process). However a week later I am still waiting on the refund the website still has the mixed up product for sale ...

I was very pleased that Parkem were able to supply a particular type of notebook that I needed. These were hard to track down, so I have given 5 stars even though they took a little time to come. I am delighted to have the exact items I wanted.

I'm sorry to hear that you didn't have a pleasant expreince with us, I can see that the product you ordered does state that it is from a Non-UK supplier and so can take 7-10 days for us to receive this and then once we have sent this out, depending on your shipping method this could take a further day or two. I can see one of our colleagues did respond to your email explaining that we were waiting for this to be delivered from our supplier, but we never heard back from you 😥, again we apologise for any inconvenince that this may have caused you, we are always working hard to improve our services.

Wrong product delivered- wouldn't issue…
Wrong product delivered ( ink instead of a very expensive wall mount?!) - refused to issue refund until I'd dealt with the hassle of sending ink back. Didn't actually have what I ordered in stock either in the first place!

We appreciate your frustration with receiving the wrong product and our team sincerely apologized for this numerous times over email and on the phone.
Two listings had been merged together meaning the product you received and the product you were expecting were on one page, which is an unfortunate possibility with e-commerce retail. Our team does everything they can to prevent the same error from happening. But of course, as a company, we would require the item to be returned to us before refunding in full, especially as the cost of the product you received reflected the cost of the product you were expecting.
We always stated that we would refund you in full, but just need the item back. Which is as we see it, perfectly understandable.
We are turly sorry that you have had this negative experience with us and we can't apologize enough. 🙏

Mediocre quality for the price
Ordered two table fans for 35 pounds and they did not work properly. Communication by Live chat was easy and replacements were promptly sent, but these were outright broken this time. So quality is mediocre, while the price is not cheap. Do not recommend Parkem.

Asking your customers to edit reviews is hardly fair, when you had two attempts at providing a working product. Customer service is good indeed, but what good is it when the item is sent broken twice? Just get better-quality products.

OH NO! We are so sorry that this has happened with your fans😓
Sometimes products can get damaged with in Transit or they are manufactured with errors. With that said, we are very sorry that the two fans you received did not work for you.
Please note the quality of the products is from the manufacturers of the brand as we resell their products so, unfortunately, don't get to choose the quality. Of curse, if we did manufacture and sell our own items we would have them be of great quality but thus increases the price. Our team handled this case in the correct way sending out two new fans straight the way and then refunding you in full as soon as you reached out, to inform us that these were too faulty and sincerely apologised for the inconvenience this must have caused you.
We took swift action and complained to the manufacturer regarding this product and stating that the quality needs to be improved and more quality checks need to be in place before sending out items.
We would like to assure you that we always strive to provide the best possible service to our customers, and we are constantly working to improve our processes to ensure that our customers have a smooth and hassle-free experience.
With this in mind, and after you feel this has been resolved, if you would consider amending this review, we would all appreciate it so much!
