Leaving my car Parking Heathrow was the best choice.The process was smooth from booking to pickup.I felt completely stress-free during my travels.
Never use this
Never use this, I had to use their services because the official parking lot was full, the car was returned to me an hour and a half after arrival, there was an unpleasant smell in it, my personal belongings disappeared, the meter had a mileage of 30 miles, although it was 3 miles from the terminal to the parking lot.

DO NOT USE! Paid for meet and greet at Heathrow, when we called 30 mins before arriving we were told to go to the Holiday Inn and someone would drop us at T3. That’s when we were hit with a £12 “administration” charge, in cash of course. Arriving back at Heathrow, called them to deliver the car and they wanted me to get a shuttle back to the Holiday Inn. Many phone calls later eventually got the car back and had to pay to get out of T3 car park. Total shysters!
Just to add, I suspect all/most of the 5 star reviews for this company are not genuine as they all lack the level of detail the 1star reviews contain

I wish to warn all travellers intending to use this outfit do not under any circumstances use these cowboys for the following reasons.

On return found car to have race settings switched on and computer settings adjusted signs car had be driven at speed

Reaction from these cowboys we will refund your deposit when asked for insurance details I don't believe they have any litigation under way. I don't want anybody to suffer from this out operating out of Holiday Inn Heathrow be warned guys

ALOT OF THE PREVIOUS COMPLAINTS ARE SIMILAR TO MY OWN EXPERIENCE. I WISH I HAD CHECKED THE REVIEWS BEFOREHAND 😕. COLLECTED MY CAR AND REALISED IT WAS DAMAGED MY BRAND NEW CAR HAS NOW GOT A DEEP DENT IN THE DOOR AND SCUFFED PAINT WORK. NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME BACK REGARDING THIS MATTER. IN ADDITION TO THIS THERE WAS 15 MILES ADDED TO THE MILAGE OF MY CAR. AVOID THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE YOUR CAR. I DONT USUALLY MAKE COMPLAINTS BUT PEOPLE NEED TO KNOW WHAT THEY ARE LETTING THEMSELVES INTO.

This company has cost me so much , do not use , leave well alone, turned up at terminal 5 early do we could relax at the airport , had to wait 2 hours until the car was picked up and also had to pay the parking, on return I rang up while collecting baggage, they said 1 hour max wait so we had a coffee, no, 2 1/2 hours later and numerous calls, and again had to pay the parking , and to round it all off , just got an ULEZ bill as the car was parked outside the zone , so in the end this parking cost me over £300 , a warning. Don't go for a cheaper option , absolutely disgusting company, stay away

I wish I had been wiser and checked reviews before booking. Got caught in the classic trap: if it seems too good to be true, it probably is — and in this case, it definitely was.
A. If you book parking here, be aware: it's practically in Siberia, not Heathrow. The so-called "shuttle bus" is not a shuttle at all, but a private car — and the first thing you're told is that you need to pay a drop-off charge. I refused, and at least I can thank myself for that.
B. Don’t expect to show up early and hop on a shuttle. If you arrive ahead of schedule, there’s no one there. You’ll just sit in your car wondering how this magical “shuttle” is going to get you to the airport in 10 minutes, as advertised.
When I returned, I expected to be collected by the advertised “shuttle” since I had booked that service — but instead, my car was waiting at the airport. I was simply handed my keys and a parking ticket, and had to pay £20 on exit out of the airport. The driver also demanded an additional £15 for a drop-off that I didn’t book.
To be fair, I had messed up the terminals and he was waiting for me for a while, so I’m not sure whether the £15 was part of their usual racket or just a personal squeeze.
Oh, and they broke my phone holder. Lovely.

Absolutely shocking service. Avoid at all costs. Despite repeated phone calls whilst we waited at the airport the driver didn't show up to collect the vehicle.

I have received a £80 fine for this company dropping off a driver at terminal 5, while I waited to 2 hours for my car at terminal 3. THIS COMPANY NEEDS SHUTTING DOWN.
We would never use again.
We found the customer service from Parkdock appalling. The pick up information they sent us as confirmation was incorrect, telling us to go to the Short Stay car park, when in fact it was a hotel hoppa bus stop behind the main shuttle bus area. The bus was 20 mins late and when we were dropped off there was no one there to hand over our keys. Terrible.
Dangerous experience
Worst parking experience. Cars are packed in tightly together so no wonder I noticed damaged to my door (car door banged into it) when inspecting the cat the next day. Waited for 45 mins to get picked up from the airport. The guy that picked us up was a dangerous driver. i wonder if he even had a licence. he was looking at the (sat navmobile in his hand for the whole journey. even then he kept getting lost and nearly crashed into a barrier when it figured out last minute he needed the exit off the motorway.

I used this company service again and it was 100% professional and good company recommended to everyone they came on time the staff is very kind and polite I will use this company again defintley in December I don’t know why people give bad reviews to the company who deserve good reputations

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I returned from my holiday to a £100 parking fine which I had to pay as they just ignored me
They are useless
They are useless. No contact even though they ask you to contact them when you are on your way. No responses to any messages. Waited nearly an hour with no contact to confirm their arrival.
Gave up and paid again with another parking provider out of pocket but at least they gave a me a service..unlike these clowns.
Do not give them your money.

Awful company
I've booked a park and ride,as we didn't want to leave our car keys with anyone. On the day of our parking, after I've called the company, I was told that we need to meet the driver in the short-term car park which costed an extra £7.50 which we had to pay. I was not happy. On our return, following the instructions, I've called them after collecting our luggage. We then had to wait 40 minutes for our car to be brought back to us. The driver gave us the keys and disappeared in a second. We noticed that all of our changes and vapes were stolen from our car. 2 weeks on and still fighting for some sort of responsibility from the company. No one calls me back. Costumer service is horrible. I'll definitely take this matter further.

We had a reservation for Park and Ride from 30th August, 4:00 AM until 9th September. Following the instructions, I started texting and calling from 3:45 AM — no answer. When we arrived at the parking, I tried calling again and again.
Luckily, the hotel security noticed us and explained that if it was Park Doc parking, we shouldn’t be surprised — “they are never here.” He advised us to leave the car behind the building. Then we realised there was no transfer, so we had to take an Uber (£16.91).
At 5:00 AM, just as we passed security, I finally received a text message: “Where are you?” I called to explain that we had already tried contacting them with no reply, so we had no choice but to leave the car and head to the airport — obviously with the car keys still with us.
On our return, I texted again once we had collected our luggage — no answer, so I had to call. A lady told me the transfer would pick us up in 40 minutes. A few minutes later, she called back to say that nobody would be coming, and we would have to make our own way to the car park. That meant another £25 Uber.
When I contacted Customer Service, the only polite word I heard was “hello” — no apologies, no “please” or “thank you.” They refused to provide a full refund, but at least agreed to cover the Uber fares.
So, for the service we paid for, we received absolutely nothing! (Still waiting for the hotel parking tickets.)

AWFUL SERVICE and PARKING FINE included.
I’ve given 2 stars purely based on the drop off, I arrived at the car park and only waited 5 min for the return to Heathrow airport, that’s as good as it gets!
On arrival back at Heathrow I called to advise we were ready for collection, was told would be 15min. I asked where the best place to wait was as I was conscious that trying to find a driver in a very busy airport might be difficult. Was told to go to short stay level 3 car park. When we arrived there I thought it strange as there was no pickup or drop off point just car parking.
I called again to clarify and was told it was level 4 departures is where we needed to be.
After 30 min I called to see if driver had arrived, although I did keep asking random drivers, was told he was on way. 45 min still no sign of driver, called back and was given drivers mobile, called driver said he’d be 3-5 minutes, 60 min of waiting still no driver.
Called the office and asked them to speak to driver whilst I waited, was told traffic an issue (nothing showing on Waze).
75min another phone call was told my car was being bought too me and it wasn’t a pick up vehicle. 90 min driver arrived, no apology, just laughed as he got out.
When I arrived home and took the key out of the ignition it was badly damaged and the cover was gone and unlock buttons removed showing chip inside £100 to replace.
A week later received a ticket for “use of drop off zone without making a valid payment” I have contacted the company on several occasions to obtain a refund (which would still leave me £160 put of pocket) to no avail. I have had to pay the fine to get the lower rate otherwise £200 out of pocket!
I suppose it’s lesson learned, to read reviews in the future!
