I'm trying to contact the seal's team since February 2023 but no luck, they don't answer the phone or email. Few occasions reception lady took my details and advised me that someone from seal's team will call you back but never happened. Now I understand after reading the reviews about the company.

I feel Parkacre must of come along way in the last year or so. I visited the company and must say the facilities that the products are produced in are immaculate. The vibe from the working teams are amazing. I did read the bad reviews which have put a mindset on my expectation but i must say they have been spot on. I feel that the issues others have experience have been teething problems and over the past 2/3 years the expansion on this place has been incredible. i would recommend contacting if you are interested in supplying and find out for yourself.
Hi just terrible experience veryyy late delivery i felt like they kept giving me fake promised dates if u willing to wait a very long time approximately give it 3-4 Months after the promised date and payment i personally wud not use them again and i never take heed of the other bad reviews before i ordered . Just terrible
They are one of the worst companies in the UK.
If you value your time and money then never use them.
They have not even delivered samples after 2 months of waiting.

I put a order through in May 2016.... I arrived late August. In what world is that acceptable?
Every single order I've had with them has had problems. On one order they forgot to approve the labels which set us back an additional 5 weeks.
I'm sick of never getting a straight answer and being told useless dispatch dates you can never count on.
We have placed our first order 5 weeks ago for their stocked item, logo design took 4 weeks!!! plus there is no sign for delivery as yet. They dont even reply to your emails taken 100% payment in advance.
Will definitely not use them again.
