Pareto Recensioni

Pareto supported me through a tough time when redundancies were made at my company. They managed to obtain roles within the company that granted me a promotion which is above and beyond. Had a lovely experience with their team and could not be more grateful to Hanah White who helped me through the process.

Tillie was very helpful throughout the whole process and made sure I was ready for the assessment day going through things with me right up until the day before

Wonderful experience with Pareto. Rebecca Iggulden and Tilly Mckie were extremely helpful and made the whole process seamless.

I had a really fun and informative time on the graduate assessment day with Pareto. The process from first call all the way to getting the good news that I passed the day and on to the next stage was clear, open, and gave me plenty of insight into the industry and Pareto as a company.
I would absolutely recommend the Pareto Graduate Scheme to graduates starting off on their career journey.

Katherine was my graduate manager and was very informative, telling me all about Pareto and their mission along with helping me prepare for my assessment day only a few days later to which she gave some really insightful tips on how to be successful on the day.
The assessment day itself was a lot of fun and as I was successful the turn around from applying to actually getting an interview was fewer than 7days for me! I want to thank everyone who was involved with my process as it all ran very smoothly and I only have positive things to say about my experience with Pareto.

I've had a great experience with Tilly Mckie. From day 1 I've had great communication and support leading up to my assessment day. The whole process to now receiving opportunities has most definitely been worth investing my time.

Very quick response to any questions. Additionally, they are very organised with regards to holding the assessment days. The day consisted of multiple tasks revolving around both teamwork and independence.

From speaking with Harvey who first reached out to me, following application, to get me to the final stage interview to become a candidate at Pareto, to Nicole and Shakira who helped me with the interviews for their clients. They were all so amazing, helpful and friendly! I am now at an amazing job all within a week of the first call from Harvey! Thanks so much guys, couldn’t recommend enough to those trying to get their foot in the door to the sales world!
