PLEASE BE AWARE - PARCEL MONKEY IS A SCAM.
IPS - International 600 Markley St, Port Reading, NJ 07064, USA this is the shipping company that has my package due to be delivered to the UK. Parcelmonkey sent it to New Jersey.- IPS DOES NOT EXIST AND THEY NEVER ANSWER PHONES. PUT THE ADDRESS INTO GOOGLE. IT WILL SHOW YOU RESIDENTIAL HOUSES IN A SUBURB OF NEW JERSEY.
IPS TRACKING THAT YOU HAVE TO PAY DUTY ON THE ITEM. PARCEL MONKEY SENT THE ITEM TO IPS AND THEY HAVE NEVER NOTIFIED MY BY EMAIL.

I THINK THE 2 COMPANIES ARE ONE AND THE SAME. BE AWARE. NOTIFY YOUR BANK IF YOU USED A CARD TO PAY FOR SHIPPING.

Be AWARE, this company will rip tou off, they will quote a price, allow it to be delivered and then TRIPLE CHARGE you after the deluxe, a complete and utter CON, BEWARE.

If there was a negative star rating I would give that. A package has arrived broken. They are saying not packaged correctly, it was wrapped by the supplier. It must have been thrown about by delivery company, supplier can't believe how it got broken. Don't bother with buying their insurance, I did and it finds any excuse not to pay out. They don't even bother to respond to you once they say they're not going to pay out.

I thought that this company were incompetent, but now I realise they are pretty clever at deceiving people. I am being forced to take small claims action against them as they lost my property and refuse to compensate (although I paid their expensive insurance). Today is the 1st of September, if you look at this post in a week's time they will have answered me with the following text, but it's just a standard response they don't care and they won't reach out to me. This is what they will respond>
