Absolutely pathetic scammers, cut of 20% of absolutely fake amount, then added 600 AED for fees which isnt by the paying platforum, all there people are scammer there all senior managment is even pathetic fake scammers, i emailed there CEO regarding this matter and was said not to contact him he is busy man, when i was re contacted to one of there so called senior she said oh sorry we didnt saw the ceo cc emaled, there agent called me to take of my reviews or would be a legal case on me for saying my review i have all the proofs yet these scammers dont give a damn i am working with legal parties and soon would put a legalized case on this fraud company gods will!

During this week, we have repeatedly requested Paramountzone to provide a detailed breakdown of the amounts deducted from us, but this office has been unable to present any accurate or transparent breakdown so far. We have an official breakdown statement directly from RAKEZ, and it is completely different from the figures and justifications provided by Paramountzone. I hold all supporting documents and evidence and can share them whenever required.

There were some hiccups here and there, but at the end of the day, everything came together.

Please note that we will be required to pay an additional amount in some parts of the procedure, which might not be disclosed at the beginning of the journey, so make sure you get the proper information.

I strongly advise anyone considering this company to think twice. My experience has been nothing short of frustrating and unprofessional. From the beginning, there were constant delays, unclear communication, and repeated requests for additional fees with no justification. Despite paying all required amounts upfront, their team failed to deliver on promises and provided no proactive updates.

It feels like they are more interested in collecting money than actually providing the service. Their lack of transparency and accountability caused unnecessary stress and wasted a lot of my time. I deeply regret choosing this company for my business setup

I set up my travel company with this establishment, and while the setup was eventually completed, it did not happen within the promised time. They also recommended adding business activities that were not relevant to my line of work, and because of that, I am now facing serious difficulties in opening a bank account. I specifically requested to open an account with my preferred bank, and they charged me AED 2800, stating these were the bank’s charges. After all the forms were signed, the bank then requested additional documents solely because of the unnecessary activity they advised me to include. I have since found two other banks willing to open an account without extra documents or fees, but Paramount Zone has refused to help me, nor have they refunded my money for the failed account opening. It’s been almost two months since I paid, and their communication and responsiveness are extremely poor. I will never recommend this company to anyone.

Very disappointed with the service from Paramount. Especially Pooja and Hafis – they never answer phone calls and completely ignore follow-ups. Even after reaching out multiple times, no proper resolution was given to my issue. This kind of unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. Customers deserve timely responses and clear solutions, but unfortunately Paramount failed to provide either.

All service is worst in this company!!! covering up all workmates, not giving proper update on process once they get your payment!!!

This company only good in receiving payment!!

management head should see this, specially Janeza and Hafis, after the payment they dont urgently update and ignoring calls!!!
