Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback on our online service.
Your recent order took 3 days to arrive, although you were expecting the delivery to arrive using the express shipping option.
When we investigated the reason for this we found that when you made your order on the 24th of January you selected the Royal Mail Standard option rather than the Express option, and did not in fact pay twice the price for delivery. The Standard service usually takes 4/5 working days with the Royal Mail, so your delivery arrived earlier than expected for the service you selected.

Ordered a jellycat I had been waiting for! Which I could get elsewhere at the time. Delivery dispatched came super quick even though it was Christmas period. Will definitely be ordering from here in future.

Took my money
Took my money. Took my delivery details and then nearly a week later decided it was too big to post. Funnily enough the price has also increased now. I work for royal mail. I deliver parcels this big. Plus you should at least offer a different courier after you made the mistake of letting the order go through

Hello Kirsty, we're very sorry that you feel that you didn't have a good experience; please accept our apologies.
You placed your order on the evening of the 29th December, and we contacted you on the first working day back after the Hogmanay Bank Holidays to confirm with you that the item you ordered was 'click and collect' only.
You replied to our correspondence two days later - the day after you had posted this review - and we processed the refund that you requested the following day.
The item was - and still is - clearly marked as 'click and collect' only. We are a small business and currently we only work with the Royal Mail for parcel delivery. As indicated on our delivery page, we are able to work on a one off basis to ship bigger packages, but your response suggested that this was not something of interest to you.
Pleased with purchase!

My Tintin book (De Zwarte Rotsen) arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Service was therefore excellent.
The book provides a fascinating insight into the background to Herge's writing and drawing of this title (The Black Island in its English langauge version) in the second half of the 1930s and is beautifully presented. A good addition to my collection.
