Panther Shipping once again exceeded our expectations, this time handling multiple shipments for us—from France to Dubai and the latest from Lebanon to Dubai. Across every shipment, the level of professionalism, efficiency, and care remained consistently outstanding.
Azaan was exceptionally supportive throughout the entire process. He was always available, incredibly understanding, and proactive in making sure every detail was handled smoothly. Deadlines and delivery timelines were clearly communicated and perfectly aligned with what was promised, which gave us complete peace of mind from start to finish.
The coordination on the ground in Dubai was equally impressive. The local team arrived promptly, worked efficiently, and handled the installation with great care and precision. They made sure everything was properly set up and took the time to confirm that we were fully satisfied before wrapping up, which truly reflects their commitment to excellent service.
From documentation and logistics to delivery and installation, the entire experience was seamless and stress-free. I transported my vehicle from FRA to Dubai using Panther Shipping, and I am extremely satisfied with their service. Francis provided me with a comprehensive quote (including home pickup in FRA and delivery to the depot in Dubai), and everything proceeded precisely as promised — there were no concealed fees whatsoever.
Raazi and Balaji ensured I was informed with photographs and clear communication during the entire process. My car arrived in impeccable condition, without a single scratch.
I strongly endorse Panther for anyone seeking dependable international car transportation. Thank you!

⚠️ Warning: Possible Freight Forwarding Scam ⚠️
I engaged with a company identifying themselves as Panther Shipping L.L.C. (Dubai) for a freight shipment. They presented what appeared to be trade license and VAT registration documents, and requested payment through a Stripe link. After payment was made, they stopped responding, and the shipment was never arranged.
📌 Contact numbers they used:

• +971 50 338 9669
📌 They also used WhatsApp profiles under the names “Francis,” “Dharshan,” and “Azaan,” claiming to be relocation specialists.
Despite the official-looking paperwork, their behavior does not align with legitimate freight forwarding practices. This appears to be a fraudulent operation misusing company details to deceive clients.
✔️ Advice to others:
• Verify all shipping companies directly with the Dubai Department of Economy & Tourism (DET) before making payments.
• Use secure payment channels and confirm phone numbers and emails via official company websites.
• Report suspicious activity to Dubai Police eCrime and your bank or payment processor.
I am sharing this review to help others avoid financial loss and to encourage thorough due diligence before engaging with freight service providers in Dubai.

We would like to inform you that the shipment has been cancelled due to the lack of submission of the required documents from your side to initiate the shipment.
As a freight forwarder, we are responsible for arranging all shipping logistics on behalf of the client; however, we will not act as the shipper or consignee as per standard practice. Despite our multiple requests, you have not provided your company details necessary to initiate a shipment. Could you please clarify how we can fulfill the UAE customs requirements without your company details?
Unfortunately, my team and I have attempted to contact you via phone, but you have not answered our calls at any time, which has complicated the process of moving forward with the shipments.
We are a reputable company in the UAE, fully compliant with the UAE government registrations and approvals to operate as a shipping and freight forwarder. This is the primary reason we did not ship your consignment under someone else's code, but instead requested your details to proceed further.
Regarding the payment refund, since you have already submitted a refund request through Stripe, you will receive the refund accordingly, as it is already in process and the amount has been deducted from our account.
If you wish to proceed with the shipment again with all legitimate information, we would be happy to assist you in resuming the shipment.
