I was a seller on PangoBooks for a while as well as costumer and I can promise that PangoBooks is one of the best places to sell or buy books! It is one of the most user friendly seller interfaces I have ever seen and is great for people learning to sell. You don’t have to worry about details or shipping because they do that all for you. Buying from PangoBooks was just as easy! I bought I book that cost $40 on Amazon, used for $10. Saved money and looked and felt brand new. I know each seller is different but it feels like a great place to buy, sell, and trade books!

I'm obsessed with Pango. I've found some childhood favorites in the vintage editions that I loved as a kid, plus I've made $200 selling books I don't want anymore. Good for collectors and all sorts of readers. The customer service is top notch.

I recently ordered a book on Pangobooks.com I noticed a problem immediately after placing the order (10 minutes). I notified Pangobooks immediately and asked to cancel the order. I explained I would place a new order as soon as I was notified that the order was canceled. They notified me with in 10 minutes that the order could not cancel the order because it had already been packaged for shipment and scheduled. I then emailed the seller directly with the same request. She never responded. It is funny that the book did not arrive for twelve days from the order date. That tells me that Pangobooks response was B S. I will never order from them again because deceptive practices. I would also suggest that others becareful with this company.

Great pricing, very quick service. Used only once, but easily a 5 star experience!
