I placed Order #61667 on 2 August and unfortunately experienced ongoing delivery delays, poor communication, and repeated requests for updates before the matter was eventually resolved. One point I want to address is the company's claim that I simply "decided to go out on the day of delivery". When I received a text advising that delivery was scheduled for Tuesday, I replied immediately explaining that nobody would be home after midday, asked whether a morning delivery was possible, and advised that Wednesday would be suitable as someone would be home all day. This was communicated in advance, not on the day of delivery. Following this, I repeatedly had to chase for updates regarding a revised delivery date. While I appreciate that logistics issues can occur, customers should not have to continually contact the company for information. I was particularly disappointed by the response to my original review. Rather than acknowledging the communication issues and delays, the company chose to dispute my account despite the correspondence showing the concerns I had raised. To their credit, the company has now issued a full refund, which I have received. I was advised the refund would take 3-10 working days to process, and it was received on the 10th day. I am thankful that the refund was ultimately provided and that the matter has now been concluded. While I appreciate the refund, my overall experience was negatively affected by the delivery issues, lack of proactive communication, and the way my concerns were handled.
