We never had a problem using Amazon now more than 7 years
I tried to purchase a kitchen knife online but when it comes to the age verification it doesn’t seem to accept my house name as I don’t have a number. I rang them and after 50mins was told an easier way would be to use a credit card as it doesn’t need age verification which I find disgusting as any young person could easily use a parent’s credit card without them knowing. I don’t use credit cards only my debit card but Amazon need to update their site.

I order so much from this site and I am rarely disappointed.
If there is any issue it is resolved quickly.

Personally, I only had very good experiences with Amazon in the UK. They were always supportive and kind. Returned my money almost immediately if needed.

Amazon have again started charging me for a service I never knowingly asked for or signed up for £2.99 for Ad Free. JUST HOW MANY CUSTOMERS DO NOT NOTICE THIS AND DO NOT EVEN KNOW THEY ARE PAYING! PIRACY by any other name. WHO checks their Bank Account every month an d every single item. I asked 5 times for who to write to and was ignored. It has happened to me twice in a little over 12 months.. SO HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE BEING ROBBED OUT OF THE MILLIONS OF THEIR CUSTOMERS ? with not a care in the world from customer service - Polite but not willing to escalate this. I SPECIFICALLY ASKED FOR A COPY OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE CHAT BUT WAS CUT OFF BEFORE I COULD DO THAT !
I know everyone loves to hate Amazon and there’s a lot yo hate about them but they are very good at delivery. No messing about they deliver when they say they’re going to. Returns are easy and no matter how much I try they are the general goods supermarket I need!

I LIVE IN A SMALL MULTI OCCUPANCY FOR OLDER PEOPLE MOST OF WHOM HAVE MOBILTY PROBLEMS AS I DO MYSELF, YESTERDAY A VERY HEAVY ITEM WAS LEFT ABANDONED SOMEWHERE ON THE GROUND FLOOR, I COULD NOT HAVE CARRIED IT IN ANY WAY. THERE WERE SEVERAL OTHER PARCELS LEFT THERE AND OUR MANAGER HAD TO FINISH THE LAZY PERSONS JOB!!! SHE HAS MORE THAN ENOUGH TO DO WITHOUT THAT !!! I PAY FOR DELIVERY NOT HUNT THE PARCEL. GET A GRIP AMAZON OR YOU WILL LOSE BUSINESS.

This is a complaint regarding packaging and delivery. I've just had two fire tablets delivered ordered as Xmas gifts. There was no fragile marking on the package, and the driver dropped it over the gate onto concrete (a drop of 5 feet) even though there is a parcel shelf on the gate. My wife and I were both here, but no attempt was made to ring the bell by the gate. As the packages are sealed I have no way of knowing if they are damaged without breaking the seal which I don't wish to do as they are Xmas gifts. I've been onto the Customer Service Chat, but all I get is meaningless drivel from a "Bot".
I have received Amazon Balance's since June 2025 from this Amazon Shopper Panel app. Have to do quick 50p each Surveys. They only take 6-8 seconds to complete.
