Very awesome services. I have ordered different units of products and received perfectly. Their customer services are super good. When i asked any type of questions, they replied it very fast. Few days ago i was told them to return back a products which was not good fit for my needs. They have approved my return request without any questions. I got two gifts from them till now. What a joke and complete charlatans.

Spammed my website's contact form to get a response then jumped on me to get me to pay for their service. Massive red flag! Who would want to work with this company!?

Very unprofessional. They first contacted me through my store's contact form writing "Anyone here?". The rest of their replies were unprofessional as well.

Their website and claims are a joke. Their testimonials are fake. I would suggest people to stay away!

I stumbled upon this Pan Crafts website when I was looking for some handmade gifts. Pan Crafts has a wide variety of products that I found were so unique and fun! I love that these items are handmade and that I can shop for unique gifts for all of my friends. I love being able to pick out my favorite products to give as gifts for my loved ones. I think this is a great website for anyone looking for a unique gift.

DO NOT ENGAGE IN BUSINESS with this fake company. They did NOT deliver what they promised--AT ALL. It was very difficult to communicate with them and it was only by email. They promised to upload all the products but I ended up having to do it myself. There were a multitude of promises that were not delivered. Their optimization promises are a joke. I had 0 sales after they messed up my store. MOST IMPORTANTLY--their Money Back Guarantee is a SCAM. I don't know how they get away with it but 100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE is supposed mean they give you your money back because you're not satisfied with their services. They have a clause behind the scenes that has restrictions to the guarantee. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I purchased the platinum plus package to have a fully done for me Shopify store. All I received was a new theme. No product research, no audience research, no copywriting, no SEO... Nothing! And when I asked for a resolution they claimed that the work was done and their refund policy does not accommodate partial refund at all. Buyer beware! PayPal sided with them as well, do NOT do business with this company!

They hired me to do copywriting work. After I did the work, they pulled the money back. Avoid.

They also claim to write you a "Killer sales copy" as part of their packages. As a copywriter with over $500k in sales for my clients, I can tell you they lack basic understanding and grammar. I don't recommend them.
