Great service , great quality & quick delivery

Terrible service. 1st of all the trouser of the suit I ordered were not finished, they were left for me to trailer which I didn’t have time to do. I didn’t find this as to much of a problem as I just returned the full order. This as of today was 15 days ago. I know this as I returned on a tracked return. I still havnt received my refund. I have sent at least 10 emails with only 1 being replied to. Stating that I need to contact to returns team on a number that only goes to answer machine. I can’t even leave a message as the mail box is full. I’m at a loose end. By far the worst shopping experience I have had to deal with with.

Great suits had a few now slim fit make sure you buy size up

I wore my pal joey suit to a wedding at the weekend, the fit and the look were brilliant. I ended up going home with the bride and 2 bridesmaids so it really worked a treat.

Ordered my suit then realised the tie set didn’t come with it so had too put a separate order in which came with another deliver charge which I took on board as my own fault, I expected nothing back. They sent me a refund without asking. Top service I would recommend them too anyone.

Always get my suits from this company great fit nice material. Great service and always in great contact. Highly recommend.

I ordered a waistcoat but it didn't look like how it was shown on the website; it was much shorter and a different shade of brown. I sent it back for a refund at my own cost. So when you add the initial delivery fee and return fee I just waisted about £15 for nothing. Basically I just waisted time and money due to their misleading photo.

Served today by Gary and Kai really good service and purchased a lovely suit. Thanks lads

Great service and excellent quality. I had to return the suit as it didn’t fit, I returned it and all money was refunded. Everyone was so helpful and patient. I will be buying from them again.

Shipped late and told me after they’d shipped it that one of the items was actually out of stock.

Avoid Pal Joey if You Value Good Customer Service

If you're looking for poor customer service, disorganization, and a company that offers no real help during one of the most important times of your life—your wedding—then Pal Joey is, unfortunately, the place for you.

I first visited earlier this year to try on suits and choose the style I wanted for my wedding. When I returned with the sizes, they were completely incorrect, so we had to start the sizing process all over again. After going through that hassle, I was then told the suits weren’t even in stock. They assured me they’d be available by July 5th. But they didn’t take my sizes, didn’t record the wedding party’s names, and made no effort to prepare or follow up.

When I called on the 5th, I was told there was now a delay and the suits wouldn’t be available until the 15th. At that point, I’d had enough.

I went straight to Suits Direct, where the experience was completely different—I walked out the same day with three high-quality suits, all ready to go. I’ve also prepaid for two more suits, so my best man and future father-in-law can drop in, get measured, and leave with their suits without any added stress.

It’s really not that hard to take names down and show some basic customer care. With only a month to go until my wedding, this entire experience with Pal Joey has been nothing but stressful. I won’t be returning, and I certainly won’t be recommending them to anyone.

We had just come back off holiday. We were at a christening the following day. We rang up and there wasn’t any appointments. Gary was very helpful told us to come straight down. When we got there he was amazing with us. We were advised on a Face book post we had put on and everyone recommended Pal Joey.

Grate staff warm and welcoming as soon as I entered the door. Gary was extremely helpful he knew what a needed by just looking at me.

First time using Pal Joey, staff approached within first 10 minutes to help with fitting. Gary was excellent, picked out correct sizes straight away, gave us a selection of ties and ensured we were happy with everything. Fantastic service, will definitely be using them again.
