I placed an order for floor mats for my Suzuki Swift from PakWheels and received the wrong product on March 7th, 2025. I immediately reported the issue with photos and videos, clearly showing the mats did not fit my car. Despite reaching out the same day, I was met with delayed and repetitive responses asking me to resend videos and reinstall the mats—something I had already done multiple times.

After weeks of back-and-forth and no real resolution, I was finally told to return the item at my own cost. I sent it back promptly and provided all required proof of delivery by March 28th. However, as of today (April 15th), I am still waiting for my refund.

What frustrates me the most is the complete lack of urgency from their side. I had to follow up constantly just to keep the conversation moving. Their responses felt robotic, and no one took real ownership of my case.

What went wrong:

Wrong item delivered.

Poor customer support and extremely slow responses.

Repeatedly asked for the same proof.

No proactive communication.

Refund still pending after more than a month.

This experience has been stressful and disappointing. I expected better from a platform like PakWheels. I hope they take customer complaints more seriously in the future.

They charged me 4950 for a month add and they deactivated my ad just after 13 days and asking to pay 2950 again.

Total non sense they inspected my car and take 5000, a person came and told me that my car is repainted from on part and it was not. Then i tried to contact the person to sort out but no one come to solve it. I lost my money, time. Please dont ever use there sell it for me services.

Very useful and easy website to sell and purchase car, bike

very very slow website , its loading and loading when ever i click on any item i have 10mb speed of internet but i can access my destination on this website. remove it or fix it . there is no option to choose any vehical for purchases.
