Shipment delay

Order placed and paid on 27.08.2025.
Since then there have been no updates at all on the order status. On 13.09.2025 I sent a follow-up email to customer support, but received complete radio silence so far.
UPDATE: Shipped the next day after complaint here, delivered on 01.10.2025, product quality - excellent.

Do not order from these people iv never…

Left a bad review as I thought I wasn’t getting the product I have change it now…… as it did arrive and all tho it did take along time customer service where great kept in touch and explained it was uk customs that held it up do trust these guy you will get it
