They were really helpful helping me find a jumper I lost. I had low hopes but the service is very efficient. I interacted with Nicola, who was very kind too.

Left my suitcase on a train in London. I am indebted to Pakex for returning it to me. The cost to have it shipped back to me was very reasonable.

The staff went over and above to get my lost parcel back to me . So chuffed .

This was for retrieval of a lost property item from Greater Anglia Rail. This was located and returned by the personal intervention of Nicola Kennedy, thank you.
I can’t give 5 stars as the link initially didn’t work and the billing details could not be edited online.
Nicola was profoundly better than the Greater Anglia automated info system and website for lost property which was absolutely useless and was still sending me chatty messages saying my bag could not be located when it had actually been returned. Also it was very hard to contact a human at Greater Anglia through the website. The only way appears to be to plough through the options and raise a complaint. For some reason Anglia lost property is sent to Welwyn which is not even on the network. But thank you Nicola, you are a star, Tony Painter

Phoned on the off chance that my keys that were lost at Norwich Station may have been collected by Pakex. Nicola the lady in Lost Property was so helpful in going out of her way in locating them. She’s absolute star !

Easy to order 😌

I contacted Pakex about my Ipad I had left on an Avanti train, and was phoned by a young lady whose name I missed, requesting identification via the colour of the Ipad cover. I called green when in fact it was lilac and I had to confess my colour-blindness. Undeterred the young lady asked for my passcode to check and of course this opened up the machine which was safely delivered back to me the very next day! Phew! And a thousand thanks to Pakex for its superb service!

What made my experience great? Nicola did, I had lost my headphone case on a train couple months ago. Using the information I submitted the system wasn’t able to find them for me. Nicola called me up And got extra information needed that resulted in me getting my headphone case back.

Aside from the fact I had no idea what was going on. Got the dates wrong. The train wrong and at this point would probably forget my own name. Nicola showed me what true customer service and support looked like with a lovely smile and a great attitude got the job done.

What a hero thank you Nicola again and wish you the best going forward!
