Don't do it!
I could just copy and paste for this review. Same situation with no communication regarding delivery. I ordered on 11-26-24.I've sent two emails, 12-4 and 12-7 and have only received the automated response. I have called my credit card company to stop payment but I have to wait two more days for them to intervene. I wish I would have looked at reviews before I ordered. Lesson learned!
Good Quality, Disappointing Customer Service
PajamaGram pajamas are good quality, but my experience with customer service has been frustrating. I’ve been trying to resolve an exchange for over 10 days with no response to multiple emails. Since the company changed ownership in 2024, I feel the service isn’t what it used to be. Unfortunately, I don’t feel comfortable ordering again.

It’s been a week since I received the confirmation email of my order. In that time I would have expected to receive an email notifying me the order has shipped or is in the process of being prepared for shipping. Nothing, contact customer service by phone and the automated system has been programmed to hang up the call. Sent an email to customer service and still nothing. The charge was reflected on my bank statement the day after I placed the order but I do t know where the order is. Not very happy

Horrible! They sent wrong size despite order representing correct one. Their customer phone service NEVER has a customer service rep available. Email got acknowledgment of email, but NEVER received response. Do NOT order from this company!

First time ordering with Pajamagram and last.Never received my order.Reached out to then by email and they responded basically saying a response would be sent to me in the order it was received. This is the poorest customer service I have ever dealt with. Phone # listed but it's a recording.I reported a claim with my Bank.This is a total scam
WORST customer service ever
WORST customer service and return program ever. I wish there was a half star rating. You cannot reach anyone by phone. It will keep looping around saying you are being transferred , but it never does. You have to open a ticket by email and provide proof of purchase which is ridiculous since they have your online order number in their email response. All that just to get return instructions. My husband got the wrong size and we got online and order the right size To have it in time for the occasion. Obviously two orders of exact same thing, but cannot get any help returning the wrong size. I'll never order from them again even though their product has very nice quality. Customer service is half of your experience and they failed! Many.

Ridiculous order fulfillment time and zero response from customer service
I paid for my order when I placed it, ten days ago. Items are supposedly in stock however they have not even placed them in the mail yet. Attempts to contact anyone by phone are unsuccessful, and my email was met with a form letter that makes it clear there is no hurry to get back to me. I had forgotten why I only order pajamagram products through Amazon, but now I certainly recall this has been the case in the past. Absolutely horrendous amount of time before even bothering to ship orders, and zero satisfaction from customer service... they take your money and think the job is finished, to heck with the customer! I only gave them a 1 star review because zero is not an available option.
Terrible quality fabric
Terrible quality fabric, looks cheap and feels cheap, poor stitching. Coming in a throw away ugly “bag”. Save your money and don’t insult your wife or girlfriend with such cheap pajamas! Would equate these to Walmart quality. So gross!!!
Cheap Product with Non Existent Customer Service
This company and their products are a joke. Purchase two sets of the naturally nude pajamas for my wife as part of her Valentine’s Day gift this year. Two and a half months later they are useless. The pants have those little lint balls all over them and my wife cannot wear them as they are far from comfortable. She doesn’t wear them daily but been so these should last more than 2.5 months. We both have PJs from many other brands for 5-10+ years without issue. Customer support thanked me for bringing this to their attention. That was all. After repeated attempts they reminded me about their love it guarantee of 60 days. No attempt to make this right. This is not a love it or dislike it matter. The product failed. I could not write a review on their site either. Stay away from these guys!

Black dye stained our sheets after first wear of the camisole. Would not buy again and customer service would not give refund since we did not use product within 60 days
Lousy company.
Called the customer service dept this morning. The call went to the Caribbean only to be answered by someone that sounded like a party was going on. So much talking in the back ground I couldn't hear the person. Tried again and they hung up on me. Very poor out sourcing for someone to answer your calls to save a dollar. The product we ordered kept shedding the material even after 3 washes. Tried to send an email to customer service but of course that wouldn't work either. I will never order again from them.
Worst website I have ever used
Worst website I have ever used. Unable to click on the PayPal option. Constantly needs refreshing and just overall a frustrating experience. First attempt. Big fail. Get it together.
I'd avoid this company if possible
1. The sizing guidance is way off, my wife swam in the PJs
2. Asked to return and replace (wife hadn't picked replacement) I was told to mail them back. The employees seem poorly trained and with poor communication skills
3. Called back for replacement items a month later and was told they did not show a replacement lable having been sent to me and no record of a return. (No return lable was offered on my origin call to the company.) Today the rep asked for my USPS tracking information and I mentioned that it was not requested originally. I'm trying to find that.
4. Their Return/Replacement inventory system would seem to be very flawed, especially if they don't offer you the Return Lable when you first call.
5. Replacement availability is very restricted. Hard to acquire size and color.
6. Right now waiting to see if a "Supervisor" will call me back as promised, it is day end and have received no call.
7. Right now it just seems that I'll be out the money, plus return postage.
Terrible
Good quality pajama set, however, it was so thin you can see through it, not good if you have kids. So we requested a return for our purchase of $89.99. They refunded me $70, and deducted $9.99 for shipping both ways. So I spent $20 on an item that I don't even own. Customer service was nasty and condescending, I will never do business again and neither should you.

Pajamagram SUCKS! It one of the worst companies out there.
We made an order over the Christmas holiday and it didn't work out, so ended up having to returning the items... and received only about HALF of the money we spent. We have probably talked to a handful of their so called "dream team" crew, and not one of them could adjust or refund any of it. Not one cent!
They also got a couple calls from us and no one was there who could help, and said they would have a team member call us back... which they never did... we had to reach out to them every. single. time.
And It gets worse...
Not only do they charge for the return shipping (when they claim they stand by their products and customer's satisfaction 100%)... but they apply a secondary "discount" on the items being returned and claim it for themselves!!! It was about 30% worth of our order!!!
Taking our money, not standing by your own satisfaction guarantee, having terrible horrible customer service, and discounting the customer's bill on a RETURN! I've never heard of such a shady transaction from a shady company that claims themselves to be so "customer friendly" it is all lies. Thanks pajamagram... thanks a lot. For stealing our money and feeding us a line of BS, straight up lying about it. I hope this company gets shut down for this because what they are doing should be illegal. Straight up stealing money and calling it a "discount" I can't beleive they can do that!
Never received the gift box and gift…
Never received the gift box and gift bag that I paid for in the order, even after calling customer service. I would never order any "subpar quality" garbage from this place again. Shysters.
ZERO Customer Return Service & They Delete Negative Reviews
I left a review already on how I usually love Pajamagram, that their 95% Cotton and 5% Spandex Pajamas are so soft and comfortable, but this time (I order yearly), the pajamas I received, once washed, had a noticeable difference in shade from top to bottom. I wrote in immediately, 12/1 because I wanted an exchange right away as these are for xmas and we're doing pictures. I did NOT receive ANY response except the "auto" emails that say your message has been received. I then emailed in AGAIN on 12/5. After that I emailed in on 12/8, at that point I did a reply email to my order again, I also found both the regular email and customer service email and sent the same message asking why I was not getting any responses and this was time sensitive. By 12/11 when I emailed in again because I had ZERO response, I saw online that the pajamas I wanted to exchange are sold out in my size, so even if I got a reply at that point, I was screwed either way on getting a replacement.
Today, I received an email with a "response" to my original review, stating that they had replied to my email 12/5 and apologized and provided a customer number to call. FIRST, no they did not email me because I have saved every email from them on this matter AND my emails show the thread of conversation. SECOND, let's provide the benefit of the doubt and say they did email me and it just didn't come through. WHY didn't they reply to me after 12/8 (THREE emails were sent that day) or on 12/11? I even went to the website and emailed in directly, because the direct emails were not getting responses, there's zero excuse for that. I contacted them 9 times, and they're even admitting they didn't reply to any of the other attempts by me to contact them...
I ONLY got a response after I left a review last week, they jumped RIGHT on that didn't they? Sending me an email 12/16 about it. Oh, and I went to look at my review and see their reply, and my review is gone. HMM, interesting how a negative review doesn't get placed on the website. There's only ONE negative review on this page, and it's the LAST review, although that is not chronological order, also interesting. So, basically because they didn't bother to respond to my 9 attempts to contact them, I'm stuck with these defect pajamas or none at all for Christmas with the family.
I'm sure no one will see this as they'll delete it, but it will be available on 3rd party review platforms. I will never buy from them again, it's one thing to drop the ball completely, multiple times, but it's another to not take responsibility for it and to remove negative reviews in which you even admit, you never responded to any of my attempts to contact but one....
Ridiculously Slow Service
Their customer service and shipping are horrible - and at a time when other companies have perfected the process. I’ve been waiting on an exchange for three weeks and they don’t even have the package yet. It was given to their delivery contractor and is sitting somewhere in PA - who knows? The call center is not US based. You can barely understand them. Don’t expect action. Will never order again.
Ridiculously bad customer service
I tried placing my order online over 10 times with multiple different payment methods and received the same error message (something to the effect of your order cannot be placed, your card has not been charged). I finally had to place my order via phone call, which was fine and worked out.
I got one order confirmation, but two different cards I used during the process were charged. I called them once and explained the situation and the woman hung up on me. I called a second time and the woman said their "system was down" and I would have to call back. This is ridiculous. Pajamagram owes me $80 and I am having to jump through hoops just to get my money back.
