My experience with PaintingZ was nothing short of first class! The painting is truly painted by artist using good oil paint. The work is great and brush touch is very professional. The artwork is shipped from China. I am very satisfied with my order. I asked special request to use more vivid blue color and so I got the result. The customer service is excellent and very prompt. The shipping is really fast by FeDex. I plan to order a larger painting this time.

I can't tell you how great this experience was. I was skeptical at first but decided to risk $250 on a 24x36 oil on linen painting. I was contacted by Customer Service several times to review the progress and after delivery to assure I was 100% satisfied. This is what I wrote: I picked up the painting this morning from my office. It is lovely and I am so excited and can't wait to have it framed and hung. The painter is very talented and I am so grateful for his/her talent. I love it so much I am ordering a second painting and I am hopeful the same artist can paint it for me. I have attached two pictures and I am trying to decide which one to order!

I ordered not 1 but 2 additional paintings!

To my suprise, everything went as PaintingZ promised!
After less than 4 weeks I received a mail with my painting. No adjustments were neccesarry so 2 weeks later the painting was delivered. Any questions during the process were answered promptly. All in all: very satisfied.

I had a print of a painting that was damaged by water. I could not find a reprint so I sent some pictures of the damaged print along with a poor picture off the internet of the original. To my delight the finished painting was vibrant and copied extremely well from the poor pictures the artist had to work with. I was very happy to have the painting brought back to life.

I ordered a Rembrandt reproduction and I couldn't be happier. The artist did an incredible job of capturing the beauty of Rembrandt's piece, down to the details. I was able to interact with Ivy at PaintingZ while the artist was painting my piece. I received it in a secure wooden box perfectly wrapped. I will definitely buy from again. Just received our painting (a Renoir). It took almost exactly 6 weeks. We were really happy with the process and our rep, Ivy. We reviewed a photo about 4 weeks in and gave feedback on a few things to adjust (add some background details, adjust one of the faces, brighten a couple colors). They made the changes promptly and we approved shipping. It then took about a week to arrive. It was well packaged in a wood box and arrived with no damage. The painting is exactly what we wanted. Very happy that we have an actual painting instead of a poster or print on canvas.

I sent a pdf of a painting I saw in a movie. They were quick in responding and determined they could reproduce it. I got a “check-in” email with the near finished painting for approval about 3 weeks later. I received the finished painting 2 weeks later, and It is amazing!! Very professional, very good customer service and AWESOME artists working with them. I will definitely use again!
