This company takes your money and when you email them that you did not get your package they dont want to know

they use the worst courier company ( Courier Please ) and when you try and speak to them you can only speak on chat you cannot call them they told me the drive left a card in the mail box and you look in the mail box and you dont see a card they try to deliver and no one was home well guess what i work from home and i look at the video camera and no one came at all they tell me he will come back but until now nothing

where is the customer service they just take your money and thats it

Whilst I was really disappointed in the product and decided to return, the support was amazing, the Cloud Slides were not really therapeutic and lacked true support for plantar fasciitis and size not true to Aus standard. The customer service was excellent👍🏻 the product very disappointing,
