I agree with other reviewers, this app is SHADY! Recently AnyDay has switched to a virtual card. They had two separate launches because many people had issues. I was sent an email to register for the KOHO app through AnyDay, and the next day they retracted that email. Now they want me to register all over again, and give them my government issued ID and SIN. I've had many issues with the card, and now they want my personal information, so I am hesitant. I am currently talking to them to work on a better solution. Through my bank I am able to use my fingerprint as authorization to access my account, which I prefer. I suggested this and I haven't heard from them in a few days. It's frustrating because I never wanted to be enrolled in the first place. I also can't e-transfer all my money into my bank account - so I am dealing with that as well. Every $1000.00 I pay a $1.50 fee, and I can only transfer $1000.00 each day. I never wanted to be part of this, I just did it for my employer. I truly don't think that AnyDay has its "customers" concerns at heart. It all feels really shady.
