Hi, my experience with you has been absolutely incredible and very positive. I ordered the limited-edition Cork Extreme Green racket, which unfortunately you don’t ship outside the UK. Even so, one of your team members, Samuel Biddlecombe, helped me by allowing me to purchase the racket using your warehouse as the delivery address. We used your warehouse address, and I arranged UPS to pick up the racket.
It’s my husband’s main Christmas present, and it just arrived today. It’s beautiful, and I’m immensely grateful to Samuel Biddlecombe for helping me far beyond what his job required. Thank you, the whole experience was amazing!
