I think it's nice coffee, but I was a bit disappointed with the packaging. It arrived and the seal on the packets wasn't good and some of the coffee had escaped into the box.

Good coffee, very convenient, no waste
Came across these coffee bags in a hotel recently, and was delighted to find them available online. The coffee is great, the packaging is environmentally-friendly, and they're pretty good value for money too.

Mail order coffee done right!
Being a big fan of Paddy & Scott”s coffee since trying it at a restaurant, I ordered a couple the secret santa boxes so I could share the love with friends. They were packaged perfectly, with the boxes clearly marked ‘whole and ground coffee’ which I’d requested for ease of gifting, so that was really appreciated, thank you! Always feel valued when ordering from Paddy & Scott’s ❤️

Great coffee, fantastic customer service
Have been ordering from paddy & scotts for a while now and it’s always a really smooth service from speedy delivery to the great coffee. I recently had an issue with my delivery and Nicki went above and beyond to put things right. Absolutely fantastic service & much appreciated and of course great coffee!

Ordered the coffee bags
Ordered the coffee bags, delivery was quick and the Coffee tastes great but so far I’ve had 5 ripped coffee bags which is really frustrating and messy. I think they’re tearing as I open the bag. It’s ruined the experience as the coffee tastes good.

The coffee was not freshly roasted
The coffee was not freshly roasted. The packet had a roasted on date of 19/06/25, so it was bitter. I was expecting fresh coffee as supplied by other craft suppliers that I have dealt with.
Two stars because the coffee arrived, but I was disappointed.

I’m sorry to hear the coffee tasted a bit bitter for you. All our coffee is roasted in small batches at our Suffolk roastery and packed fresh to lock in the flavour. The “roasted on” date means it had been resting for a short while, which is actually ideal, freshly roasted coffee needs a bit of time to de-gas before it hits its sweet spot.
That said, taste is super personal, and I totally get it if this batch wasn’t quite your thing. I’d love to make it right, if you can please drop us a quick message at orders@paddyandscotts.co.uk
