I went to the Hadleigh Suffolk shop which is a great community space, but there now seems to be a practice of reserving tables. In a coffee shop??? And it is the best tables that are reserved, this is totally unfair for all other customers who are looking to spend coffee with friends and family but instead we are made to feel unwelcome by the people who are allowing this to happen and by those booking the tables. There are not enough tables in the shop, and to ring fence 50% is unfair.
This is totally unnecessary. if the shop is full go to one of the many other coffee shops of which there are plenty in this small town, top of my head there are at east 6. This reserving of tables is not fair on everyone and quite frankly it does send out a signal that people are not welcome, especially when the staff put their reserved chalkboards on the table when other patrons are sitting there. They are then made to feel that they are to hurry and drink their coffee and eat their scones. This really is not fair,.

Extended offer Time allowed when I got confused with am / pm 12 o'clock. Must admit midday or midnight would have been better. Wife loves the de caf.

I just like the coffee. Before I found paddy and Scott's I wasn't much of a coffee drinker.

I recently had a decaff paddy and Scott's coffee bag given to me to try as I only ever drink decaf coffee and tea..it was such a lovely drink that I ended up ordering my own supply..Hats off to this brand which is the nicest coffee i have tasted.in a long time especially in a bag..It tastes exactly like a smooth filter coffee drink..I can put some in my bag and take my supply to work.. overall service was excellent and arrived quickly..thank you..
