Excellent service, bought a new XSR125 online, communication from start to finish of the process was excellent. Delivery and hand off excellent, full overview of the bike on delivery was much appreciated. After sales call some three months into ownership was a nice surprise and welcome. If you are thinking of a bike purchase, even remotely, as life seem to be so much now, the team at Paddock would be my first choice.

I part exchanged my Honda CB125R for a Yamaha YZF-R125 2022 model. I was looked after by Dan and Joe and they were both very helpful and bike arrived on the day we agreed in perfect condition. All modifications were done as agreed. Very happy with the service considering they were far away from Bristol.

Purchased my new Tenere from Joe and the team at the end of November 2021
This was the first time I had delt with this dealership, and second time last week for the 600 mile service.
I Have to say on both occasions the service from the Team was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble.
Great customer focused Dealership.

Do not buy from paddock motorcycles Yamaha you WILL be dissatisfied. The manager is a b.....d with an attitude problem who is trying to make up for something 😂.
If you cannot deal with customers honesty then your in the wrong game sunshine 👍

Thanks to joe and the team at paddocks for the Yamaha tracer 900 gt excellent service and communication from day one I would highly recommend anyone to buy a bike from them will definitely going back for my next bike

Bought their GSX-S1000 2018 online and everything went very smooth along with sending me a video clip as they carry out checking the bike. A very professional and honest service.. Next time I buy a bike again and will go to them.. They are the most trusted and honest service… They were aware that I’m deaf and unable to hear the phone, so everything was done on text. Highly recommended them

I'm delighted that we have a professional and trustworthy team so local to take care of my bike needs.
First experience was a slow flat tyre that Gage vulcanised when I limped down on my Blade and I was back out there again in 45minutes..I have since had a few bigger jobs undertaken with the usual speedy service. Joe is always on the ball too..just a perfect set up there and wow the Yamaha Niken and R1.
Had a test ride on those and I was blown away.

Bought a big bang R1 a couple of months back, superb purchasing and after-sales experience and an excellent all round and well looked after bike. Highly recommend dealing with the guys at Paddock, precise, detail-oriented and helpful.

I bought a bike from paddock 2 weeks ago, from day 1 of speaking to Joe the sales rep, not only was he super friendly & informative, but genuinely couldn’t do enough to help.
Even with a few additional bits & pieces I wanted, nothing was to much effort for him!!
Bought a 2014 Big Bang R1, and can’t believe for used bike just how immaculate the condition was!!
Delivered as agreed by another friendly guy!
And to conclude….. I live miles away a d bought blind after seeing them on the net.
I received video walkthroughs every step from viewing, to service & pre delivered!!

I bought a bike from Paddock remotely and cannot praise them highly enough. Joe was on hand for any queries, kept me informed and helped throughout the process (which took a week from start to finish including a Sunday delivery!) - delighted and can't argue with that. Bike is all great so far and I have no qualms recommending Joe and Paddock. Keep up the good work and thanks for all your help.

James was fantastic I was enquiring on auto trader to see if I was eligible for finance, however the bike I applied for had already been sold but James gave me a call and they had another one exact same bike just different colour sent me some pictures and did the finance with me on the phone!

Got my bike about 2 weeks later which they delivered free of charge! But noticed a few days later there was an issue with the battery messages James and he had one delivered to me the very next day which was easy too install!

I have had the bike for about 6 weeks now and I love it could not be happier thank you so much James!!

Well, what can I say. A SUPERB SERVICE and a BRILLIANT company!
I'm now the proud owner of my dream bike and from start to finish the process has been outstanding. The whole deal was conducted on the phone and with many messages via WhatsApp with a gentleman called James. He has been amazing, constantly updating me and giving advice when I needed it.
A service video and a 'tour' around the bike was sent by Alfie explaining what work was carried out and it was finally delivered by a chap called Gage who explained the 'gadgets' on the machine and made sure I was happy with everything before he left.
I felt totally confident in the whole procedure and I must say James takes most of the credit. He even contacted me to make sure I was happy after I had taken her out for the first time!
I would thoroughly recommend Paddock Motorcycles!
