Within 10 minutes of submitting my order online, a Packwire associate reached out to me to alert me that the quality of the images I had chosen for my package were not optimal. The associate then advised on how to enhance my images and proceed with the order. This associate was dedicated to me throughout the sales and order process. Customer service and order support of this caliber are extremely rare and I was delighted by it. I highly recommend Packwire for all your custom packaging needs!

I would definitely recommend Packwire if you're in the market for a custom box design. We recently purchased shipping boxes for a campaign we have in the works. After mocking it up on their incredibly slick site and uploading our artwork, Phil (account manager on the project) reached out to see if I had any questions. He was incredibly responsive in every step of the process. All in all, we received our completely customized boxes in 2 weeks! They're beautiful, and the entire office is in love with them--Can't wait to ship them out.

We just had a very positive experience with Packwire. Once we selected our box and design (which was so easy to do), I received contact from Phil--he was my account manager. There were a few issues with some of our artwork, but Phil went above and beyond to make certain we were satisfied with the end product.
