CS was swift to respond.

I bought 2 outdoor storage containers in April last year. They were a good price and seemed fairly robust.
Alas, despite having had very limited use, the locking mechanism on both has come apart - meaning the lids can't be secured. In addition, the sides have warped away from the body of the unit.
I came on here to see what they're like to deal with and was disheartened to read some of the negative reviews. I was worried!
I needn't have been. I emailed them including photographs and they responed very quickly advising they would send replacement parts.
So far, so good.

No communication despite emails

I purchased an air fryer for my daughter for Christmas, and it is broken. I have contacted support twice. The email has been acknowledged but have had no response. I am really disappointed that there has been no resolution or communication to resolve this.

Received the wrong product. No communication.

Received the wrong product, addressed to someone else and delivered to the wrong house - I had to go and retrieve the item myself from a random address.

No response from Packed Direct. I have sent 3 emails. Their phone line cuts off every time. Their chatbot is useless.

I suspect this is someone trying to run a dropshipping business from their bedroom.

I now believe that I will not hear from Packed Direct and will just have to accept the inferior product that was delivered.

My advice is pay the extra £20 to a reliable business for your product.

Avoid.

Ordered 2 Olsen & Smith storage boxes

Company has since responded and sent a replacement lid which had been damaged, received yesterday, they have engaged great once they started responding. The new lid is missing a key part I find as I go to assemble it today, it's a small 1 inch long plastic piece but without it I can't attach the lock. I will contact the company again today.

Updated, my order number is #PD65741 placed in 21st Feb 2026. I have since emailed again and no response. Email or phone is fine.

Ordered 2 Olsen & Smith storage boxes, one arrived fine and build, it’s great. Second arrived separately an it has been damaged, I contacted Packed Direct Friday 27th Feb and have since called (direct to voicemail) I left a voicemail and another email. No response at all.

Walking pad was noisy/faulty sent back for replacement but took too long then still waiting for my refund over a week later. Awful company to deal with so save your time and just find a company with good products and decent customer service.

Appalling Service Thanks To Evri.

I ordered a shopping trolley on Feb.1. Amazon offered me 'next day delivery' which I opted for (£6.99). The product was despatched on Feb. 2. There is no 'next day delivery'. Today is Feb. 10 and no sign of it. It's stuck in a warehouse somewhere in Wales. The carrier is Evri. This company have no respect for its customers otherwise they'd never use Evri. No date available as to when I shall receive what I've paid for. Never again.
To bring things up to date: my order eventually arrived and after getting in touch with Packed Direct my delivery cost has been refunded. This was done quickly and efficiently for which many thanks.

Avoid

Ordered storage bench,came faulty water all leaking inside,provided with pictures and details,been promised it will get sorted,arranged the day to get it collected, packed all at 5.30 am pick up should be 9 till 17 that was just before xmas,spend all day in ,waiting no one turned up,rang dpd they confirmed that no one booked ,so they lied and decided to book random day which I won't be anymore able to stay at home item been left unattended on front to pick up but went missing,so I left with nothing ,waste of money,most important waste of time ,no support from costumer service.looks like company dont care,some costumers will get good product some dont,as long they took the money

Treadmill is ok for sale price

Treadmill is ok. Bought for the work table but is quite basic with no quick start for speeds but do like the automatic incline feature although the running surface isn’t flat with 0 incline so makes running a lot harder. Good for the money at the sale price but would definitely not buy at full price. Waited a lot longer than the 3-5 days for delivery also so be aware although the customer service did eventually respond with an update but would have been better if they had been up front from the start.
