I decided to give these a try. I’m always a bit sceptical when I see a lot of hype.
But, oh boy, these really are as great as everyone says. !!
The avocado is amazing, so creamy.
I tried cauliflower rice for the first time and flavoured it with the garlic and ginger and it was delicious, paired with broccoli and salmon. Fab mid week dinner. Everything out the freezer and cooks quickly! Then finished it off with a bowl of blueberries, raspberries and strawberry’s !!
So convenient !! I’m really pleased with all that I purchased !!!

I found Packd after getting really sick and never looked back

I found Packd after getting really sick and needing to get healthier. I was a bit nervous, but I placed my first order and haven't looked back.

All my orders have arrived perfectly, and every product is super high quality.

The couple of times I've had to reach out to customer service, they've responded almost instantly and been incredibly helpful (shout out to Katie!).

Packd has seriously helped me turn my health and overall well-being around. I went from eating mostly ultra-processed food and being morbidly obese to now enjoying delicious, healthy, planet-friendly foods and being at a healthy weight.

I'm even thinking about getting another freezer so I can always keep stocked up, lol.

Outstanding

I was already delighted with the product range and quality of produce I've been receiving from this company for several months. Whilst not cheap, I believe it offers excellent value for money.

Then today, in the soaring heat, there was an issue with a partial defrost of some of the items in my order. Well, I think the best opportunity to take an accurate measure of a company is in its response to an issue and here, Pack'd have been outstanding. They clearly took the issue seriously, being very generous with options to compensate for the issue whilst also wanting to gather information in order to improve reliability going forward. This was all handled with exceptional promptness, professionalism and friendliness. Thank you.

FIrst class service

Not everyday you get first class service from an online seller but Katie from Packd went out of her way to answer my query on her day off! Amazingly good service especially aa it was basically my error that led to the query in the first place. Thank you very much!

Could you please contact our Customer Experience team at hello@packd.co.uk as soon as possible so they can investigate this further for you? We tried searching for your details on our system but wasn’t able to find your order, so we’re keen to look into this properly.

While there is always a small risk for any company of defrosting when shipping frozen or perishable goods, we carry out regular and rigorous testing throughout the year to ensure our packaging keeps products frozen during transit.

It is possible that last week’s high temperatures or a delivery delay may have contributed to the issue however we are unable to properly determine without photos or order number etc

We always aim to resolve situations like this as quickly as possible, so please do get in touch and the team will be happy to help.

Oh, how i love these guys

Oh, how i love this shop. Every month we come back for a big box of mixed goodies, fruit and veggies. Im in love with the banana and strawberry ones blended with milk and a pinch of vanilla, knocks the socks off of you, wait..youre wearing socks in this heat?? Brilliant selection, fairly priced with fast shipping and customer services via email and phone have always been fast and professional, actually getting through to a real person here in England, which is rare these days. With smoothie heart filled love, keep up the hard work, thank you. I have a photo but dont know where to upload it.

Love the products

Love the products - had an issue with items defrosting in transit due to a despatch delay on the part of the courier. Was sorted ASAP to high level of satisfaction on my part. Got a customer for life here.

All round brilliant company

The products are top quality and the service excellent. There is so little organic available where we live so PACK'D has been invaluable. Just wish they shipped to the Isle of Man!

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would! I had previously bought all of the fruit and vegetables from pack'd and had enjoyed them. However, I was disgusted and disappointed to find a piece of plastic attached to a frozen pomegranate seed. I complained directly to the company and uploaded clear images along with all of the required information. I complained and completed the online form on the 23rd February. I still have not had a response or a resolution! Avoid this company at all costs.

We take matters such as this very seriously and our Technical Manager prioritised your case as it was the first report of its kind.

Looking through comms we’re still waiting to hear back from you from an email sent by Katie on 27/02 at 11:32am requesting confirmation on an address as to where to send a collection kit for you. We can see you followed up with on 02/04 asking for an update, and Natalya responded at 3:44pm also asking for confirmation as to where to send a collection kit to.

If you’d like to email the team with that information to hello@packd.co.uk then we’d be able to follow this up, however without reviewing the foreign body we are unable to provide an update.

Package and quality delivery

I was wondering where my package was and contacted Pack’d and they responded the next day with a clear response and my package literally arrived the following day.
The dry ice they package it with is amazing, it was 22 degrees Friday and I couldn’t get home all day and when I did the dry ice was still cold and my fruit and veg was still cold with it!!
Truely a amazing brand and company and their price is comparable to other supermarkets which is great but I rate their product far more greater quality and standard!

As a newish customer (I’d only bought…

As a newish customer (I’d only bought couple times previously) and thinking it seemed pricey I was impressed with the quality and how much longer using frozen fruit lasted rather than buying fresh all time . What sold it to me today though and why I’ll be a lifelong customer was the exceptional customer service from Katie with regards to a packaging issue . Highly recommend giving them a try for both great quality fruit and the knowledge that any issue is dealt with promptly

The absolute best frozen fruit

I've been buying Pack'd for around a year now from Ocado and wouldn't buy from anyone else now.

Why other brands think you want to defrost whole strawberries is a mystery to me. They're always mushy on the outside and rock hard in the centre.
Whereas the pre-sliced ones from Pack'd are absolutely perfect. You can just drop them into porridge, ice cream or granola and you get perfectly formed fresh tasting strawberries. Better quality than most fresh supermarket strawberries too these days.

Also love the banana and sweet potato.

Have never had any quality issues and love that their packaging is paper based too so less plastic in the house.

Would highly recommend.

Excellent products, outstanding customer service.

I’ve been using Pack’d for a couple years now and I cannot recommend this company and their products enough. High quality, delicious, organic produce that is thoughtfully packaged with as little impact on the environment as possible. Fantastic! And their customer service is outstanding. My query was both answered and resolved by Katie within a day. I’m honestly so impressed with this company. Absolutely superb.

Wonderful Quality Fruit & Outstanding Customer Care

Absolutely delighted to have discovered Pack’d. I’d lost trust in the quality and value of supermarket fruit and had been searching for something genuinely high‑quality — Pack’d has completely delivered! The fruit is fantastic, especially in smoothies, and the raspberries, strawberries and blueberries are particular favourites.
We recently had a small issue with an order where a couple of items were missing. The customer service team were excellent: they replied immediately, sent out a replacement straight away, and even included an extra bag of fruit as an apology. Really impressed with this company. Highly recommend!

Disappointing when delivered.

I really want to buy organic fruit so am sorry to report that ordering by post doesn't work successfully. I don't know whether the fault lies with DPD or not but despite lots of packaging and dry ice both of my parcels have been defrosted or nearly so. It would be good if more shops stocked a good range of this produce.
Packd replied very quickly to me with an offer to recompense me. They are investigating what went wrong in hopes of improving future deliveries. I hope they find a better way. Very good customer service.

Brilliant customer service

Really incredible customer service - thank you. I had a query regarding my order - my email was was responded to promptly, and I was spoken to and treated like a human the entire time. It was such a pleasant interaction and a nice change not to be talking to an AI chat bot.

3 bags of mouldy broccoli

I ordered 3 bags of broccoli, every single pack 80% of the bag was pure mould which is particularly concerning for me as I have an immune condition and mould allergy. I contacted the company and filled in their form and got a weak response from their technical manager. The company refused to refund me since I had purchased through Ocado and offered a weak 10% discount. I can see from other reviews on here and reviews on ocado that this is a common problem that they have failed to address and this is an absolutely unacceptable quality standard for a premium price. I will switch to the other organic tenderstem broccoli on ocado which I have never had a problem with and won’t trust this company again.
