Lewis Roberts was very helpful and very patient and dealt with our endless changes to the packaging, as to in the end were perfect.

I have been using these people for about 6 months now for my new candle business and from day one I have been dealing with a guy called Lewes Roberts. He has been absolutely brilliant from start to the point when I get my delivery.

The time scale is good, and yes sometimes you need to be a little bit more patience than normal, but that is due to they need to make sure every order is spot on, or they will not send them out, which is a god thing I say. I just got my new range of Luxury candle boxes and WOW, I am well pleased. To be honest with you, I did not think it will be that good, but when I pend the box and saw my new boxes I was shocked. That might sound awful, but I am a fussy person who only wants perfection due to my new business, and anything that is not perfect will have an reflect on myself and my new business.

I have read some other reviews on here and the only thing I can think of what the issue was is that they want there orders to arrive extremely quickly, which is fair enough I suppose. But please do not relie on negative reviews unless you have tried them out first. And I am the kind of person who says it how it is, either good or bad and yet he has not failed me. If you place an order, please make sure you have a bit more patience, and if you want an update, do contact them and they will get back to you.

Again I want to thank Lewes Roberts from start to finishing in helping me making sure I have the standards and products that I need and the quality I need.

I needed some plain kraft boxes made up quickly as my usual supplier had let me down. Jasper at PackagingBee was not only super helpful on price but was able to deliver my boxes within a week. The quality is fantastic and the follow up service from Jasper has been 5 star. I'll be looking into printing work with this company in the near future.

I reached out to many companies for a quote and yet some of them I am still waiting on.PackagingBee got back to be straight away and was very helpful.I was worried how the boxes would turn out but I had nothing to worry about.They came out great and they arrived in good time.I most definitely will use them again

Great service. Boxes came in about 2 weeks and were in good condition. Lewis did help with designing the way I wanted the boxes and bought them at a reasonable price.
