Pacittijones Recensioni

We found Pacitti Jones and Kirsteen in particular very helpful with my wife and myself when preparing our wills and power of attorney. Kirsteen explained all the details and guided us throughout. There was no hardsell and everything was done professionally.

Everyone I dealt with at Pacitti Jones were helpful and professional, to make house selling and buying as painless as possible. They kept in touch with me as needed and on a regular basis and were able to explain any terms and processes I didn't understand. They dealt with selling and buying at the same for me which helped reduce a lot of stress and need for communication between companies. This is the second time I have used PJ for property exchange and would recommend to others.

We had an excellent experience from our very first meeting through to the completion of our house sale. The team was professional, friendly, and kept us informed every step of the way with regular updates. Their advice was honest, knowledgeable, and helped us achieve a great outcome.

The online portal was also a fantastic feature, making it easy to keep track of viewings, feedback, and the progress of our sale. The whole process was handled smoothly and efficiently, and we always felt supported.

We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home. Thank you for making what can be a stressful process so much easier!

Outstanding customer service throughout. The communication is fantastic from start to finish. Shona at the Dennistoun branch is fantastic to deal with and is a real credit to the company.

Highly recommend, from start to finish, the service was truly excellent and highly professional.
A special thank you to Paul, who handled the valuation; his expertise and advice were invaluable in setting the right expectations. Shona, the Branch Manager, ensured that everything ran seamlessly, and was a pleasure to deal with throughout.

What really stood out was their exceptional communication. They kept me fully informed and up to date at every single stage of the process, which took so much of the stress out of the experience. It is rare to find a team this dedicated, professional, and proactive. If you are looking for an estate agent who genuinely communicates and puts the client first, look no further!

Shona went above and beyond throughout our home search, patient, responsive, and genuinely invested in finding the right place for us.

We ended up buying a property outside their listings, but the level of service and dedication from Pacitti Jones made it an easy decision to turn to Shona and the team when it came time to sell our own flat.

Thank you Sheila and the whole branch. Highly recommended!

Was very happy with the service from Pacitti Jones. They kept in touch with everything and were always on hand to answer any questions informatively. Both the staff at the office and via phone, and the company they sent for photos etc, it was all done very efficiently.

Would highly recommend all the staff at Pacitti Jones, Burnside for their professionalism with our recent house sale.
Nothing was any trouble to them and they answered all queries in a kind and reassuring manner always keeping us fully updated.
A particular mention to Paul and Lynne for their help & advice.
Also photographs taken of our property were of a very high standard.

Sold my flat in with Pacitti Jones Dennistoun.

I had 3 offers within one week and sold my flat for a great price with a move out date under 6 week later.

Thanks to Catherine, Holly and the wider team at Pacitti Jones, West End for their help with my flat sale! Really appreciated all their efforts and they were always quick to come back to me with any queries I had.

We recently sold our flat via Pacitti Jones Dennistoun and we highly recommend. From the get go, with Paul visiting and his evaluation through to the seamless Home report arrangements and marketing, the service and care was great. Shona and her team were incredible. Every day Shona or one the team updated and made sure everything was clear - really excellent communication. The on-line portal works brilliantly - easy to access and use and keeps you updated with all correspondence. We asked Pacitti Jones to take care of viewings, which again worked brilliantly, as the team are all on hand and local. Even after the sale, Shona stayed in contact to help and support, which was really invaluable. The terms of contract and pricing were also very competitive and we would highly recommend Shona and her team if you're looking to buy or sell in the local area.

My wife & i decided to sell our flat in Cambuslang with Pacitti Jones Burnside after we invited their property valuer Paul to discuss the sale. Paul has many years of experience of the local market which was critical on reaching an achievable valuation.

Elspeth then took care of arranging viewings and secured a sale within a week. Friendly & professional service from start to finish.

Shockingly bad company. Repeatedly failed to follow up on emails and comms, impossible to get hold of, providing incorrect information in documents - shocking. Have had the displeasure of dealing with them three times now, and next time I'd choose my cat over them.

Shona was very helpful at pushing my flat sale when the paralegals couldn't really be bothered

Shona - Branch Manager at Dennistoun - recently acted as selling agent for me. I was very impressed by her friendly, polite manner and proactive approach in securing a sale. Shona and all her colleagues were always very quick to respond to queries, and Shona herself kept me notified at all stages. I very much appreciate the assistance throughout the process, and the result they achieved for me.

Paciti Jones Burnside dealt with everything for us ,wasn't to sure about any of the process ,that wasn't a problem kept us updated from valuation home report and viewings they are very professional especially Elsbeth Henry and Lucy Smith both couldn't have done enough to help and within few weeks offer was accepted ,very professional and knowledgeable highly recommend

I have had a great experience with Lucy from the Pacitti Jones branch in Burnside, her professionalism and courtesy towards me has been second to none and I am grateful for the experience I have had. Thanks Lucy ☺️☺️

Shona is an absolute star. She ensured my property sale was very well handled. All her staff were truly terrific. I felt in safe hands for the whole process. Their photographer did an excellent job as well. Truly great service.

PJ have been on the ball from day one. Any and all questions answered and regular updates as well as open and honest in conversations.
Each stage has been managed well as it moved through the different phases of sale and I would instantly use the guys again if I needed to.
First rate service and commitment from every member of staff who handled our transaction.
I wish the conveyancer I had to use for a purchase was even half as efficient.

Shona and her team were amazing, they went the extra mile, could not have been more helpful. they kept me informed at all stages of the sale.
I would highly recommend Pacittijones Dennistoun.
