Great wines and friendly helpful staff who know their stuff.

Very nice selection of US West Coast wines. I was able to choose a range of varietals as a birthday gift for my son in law for his birthday. He was surprised and delighted not only with the quality of the wines but with your delivery service.

It was great to come across some America wines that aren't your everyday run of the mill wines offered in other commercial suppliers.

We love American wines and it is amazing to have such a wonderful selection in one place.

Actually having the wine I wanted was great, as others were out of stock or thought they had it but they then disappointed and cancelled when they discovered they hadn’t got it.

I found it really difficult to get in touch with anyone at the company when my bottle of wine was not delivered, and if I hadn't persevered I think I'd have been left out of pocket with no wine to show for it (as they didn't seem to be aware that my bottle hadn't been delivered when I did get through). I think the lack of delivery was potentially more DPD's issue than that of the wine company in the first place, but it took 3 emails over the course of a few weeks (to the email address flagged to use on the order confirmation) and then tracking down a mobile phone number related to the company before I could get any response from anyone at Pacific Wines about the fact that I hadn't received the bottle. Once they did call me back the lady I spoke to was helpful and the bottle arrived around a week later in good condition. Issues resolved in full eventually which is why I've brought the review back up to 3 stars, just losing the other 2 stars because of difficult communication/customer service experience along the way. Plus this was intended to be a gift and I didn't receive it in time to give it for that occasion as it took nearly a month longer than the estimated delivery date to sort all this. Hopefully just unlucky and a one off.

Easy to use site, very efficient process to order and pay. Delivery via DPD was excellent. Wines were DELICIOUS ! All in all an excellent site with fabulous wines.

A good selection of shiraz and zinfandel wines that aren't available elsewhere.

Brilliant service, I was told the wine arrived in a lovely box which made me present even better.

Amazes me that I receive emails asking me to provide a review however two emails sent to you advising that I have received a damaged bottle in the post get ignored.
